Visible.net Cold Call From A Visible.net Representative Internet

So I received a voicemail message from one of Visible.net's representatives stating that he was calling about my site. I own a e-commerce site that I recently launched a few months ago. The representative was extremely pushy in his approach. I explained to me that I was knoledgable about SEO and that I was doing fine with my Google rankings, as they keep climbing on a steady basis. He tried to belittle the fact that I had gotten my site to page 5 on Google for a single word keyword. Mind you, it has only been a few months since I launched my site. He stated that my site needed improvements and I asked him what his prices are for his services. He refused to answer and kept getting increasingly agressive with me to the point that he  actually called me "close-minded" on several instances. I told him that he was being  very unprofessional with me and to just take my number off his calling list. If this how a company presents themselves on first contact with a potential customer, I want no part of such outfit. If anything, their telemarkers need to be trained on proper phone etiquette. Peace.
