I purchased two vessel sinks from hiseller1111 on ebay on November 17, 2013. They shipped them in two shipments. The first arrived with no problem. The second was scheduled to arrive on November 22 and did not arrive. When I checked the tracking, the item was marked as delivered (to an address in PA, a state I live no where close to).
I contacted them to find out what was going on. They informed me the item was damaged during shipping and returned to them. They were sending out another.
On December 5, 10 days after my last communication with them, I still had not received the sink. I contacted them again and they told me it was delivered. I checked the tracking and, AGAIN, it had been delivered to PA, where I do not live. They claim it was damaged during shipping again.
They informed me they no longer have the style I ordered in stock, but "surely you can just keep the one and wait until we get more in." I asked how long that would be and they "weren't sure, but surely you can keep one."
Well, no, I can't keep one. I needed two matching sinks and my contractor starts in 2 days.
I tell them no, that I expected them to refund my order. They agree, and tell me I'm responsible for shipping back the sink I do have at my own cost. THEY broke the sink twice because they didn't properly package it, and THEY can't fill my order, but I have to pay for shipping??? Um, no.
I demand a prepaid label sent to me. This is the direct reply:

So I ship it out, email them a copy of the receipt, showing the tracking number, and wait.
Another 10 days go by. I know the item has been delivered, and I still haven't received the refund for the order, or for my shipping charges.
I contact them again. This is the reply this time:
"Dear Customer

Grace Sun"
I tell them I absolutely will NOT leave them feedback until I've received not only the refund for my order that they couldn't fill, but the shipping refund I was promised as well.
10 days later they finally refund the order price, but now, nearly FOUR months after I placed my order, I am STILL waiting for the shipping refund! They REFUSE to issue it until I leave them positive feedback!!!
Do yourself a favor and AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS! I have over 100 emails back and forth with them and they aren't even replying anymore. They are the most atrocious business I have ever had to deal with, and I cannot say enough bad things about them!
