Visionari LLC Company that deceives on ebay. Monterey Park California

After buying a security camera system from VVME on ebay we installed the product. After several months the product completely died. We tested the hard drive and cameras, all of that was good. The main board was the problem. When we looked at it was a very low quality. We are a computer business and are used to this and as an electronic technician I knew what to request from them. They barely speak English! Nobody can help or is willing to help. It took one month to have the product returned! When we sent it back it was sent with the hard drive (like when we bought it) because during our initial conversation they requested to test everything according their requests, so we sent the unit with the hard drive.

They said we  would have to prepay $20 for them to ship it back.

After more than one week we called and they said they didn't receive the product but USPS showed it delivered. We gave them the tracking number, after a while they emailed saying they looked better and found it!

At this time they requested $28 instead of the $20. They are a mess! Because we keep all the emails, we told them about it and they found it again and corrected it. It is impossible to work with a company like this one.

Then we received the product replacement, but guess what? No hard drive inside! We contacted them and they said that if I sent the hard drive with it I should not have done it but they could not find it. 

I explained that the 4lb for the shipping showed the device was sent with the hard drive and that proves everything. The hard drive is what weighs more on that device.

Now they want for me to pay $10 for them to send one hard drive because according to this last email:

Dear Customer
Thanks for your reply.
Our colleague didn't find the HD,we really don't know where is it.we agreed to send you a new one and you just need to pay the shipping fee.we have tried best to help you and we don't earn that much.please kindly note it.

Conclusion: Don't work with this company if you don't want to get seriously hurt.

We still didn't get our hard drive and they are not replying to our last email.
