 These people claim to be a time share. You can pay a base price and they will give you 5 nights stay, breakfast, tickets to Disney. I signed up and have not been able to book. The catch was fine you get 5 nights and you must spend a day one day with a sales person that is trying to sale you a time share, but you can't book, so the are just stealing the base price.
