Very simple, I ordered a Sauna from these characters about 5 months ago and have never received it.
They are actually headquartered in San Diego, CA

I live in Malaysia and they said they could ship it to me but could not. Now they say it is coming from a "sister factory" in China and that I did not order it from them...

"Mr. Baumgartner:
Below is a response from the business to the customer review you submitted to Better Business Bureau.
This sale was made by a sister company overseas that is not associated with Vital Health Saunas in the United States. However, when contacting the overseas factory the customer had agreed to pay for the freight forwarding and should have expected duty fees associated with importing a sauna to Malaysia. The customer was not charged custom fees normally associated with a special order. The sauna was also only 4 weeks delayed due to a back order on custom parts needed for the sauna built for Malaysia specs. The customer also had not seen email communications sent to him concerning these issues before sending this inappropriate review."
This is total bull as I have an invoice from vital saunas that shows I ordered from their USA site in March of 2016.
