vitalchek lexis nexis company ordered a birth certificate i did not receive their response was that it was shipped and that the post office was responsiable for losing my order and no refund or replacement was in order from their Brentwood, Tennessee

ordered a birth certificate from vitalchek.com never received my order after contacting vitalchek about the problem over and over again they said that their records showed my order was shipped and the post office was resposiable for losing my order there for no refund or replacement was required by their services
