vitaliving.com Prices too good to be true are just that. Internet

Wish I had read the earlier complaint!  Had exactly the same experience a few days ago.  Order accepted, automated response, funds deducted from account, and then no shipping date given.  Custormer support line goes straight to voicemail. No response to email contact.  Company seems like a sham, or at the very best it's sloppy.

The advertised price for the item I "purchased" was considerably lower than on all other sites and they promote free shipping.  Both tactics now seem like a trap.

I'll update this report if I get a response to my request to cancel the order and obtain a refund.  I'm not holding my breath. If I am unsuccessful, I'll file a report with my financial institution and also call the manufacturer of the item that is being misrepresented as available for sale.
