Opened Vocalocity account in May 2009, Vocalocity employee said they would assign an toll free number to our account, but I told them we would never use nor wanted it because we were porting our proprietary toll free number (toll free number that included our trademarked name) and we could not use any other toll free numbers. The account is billed to a corporate credit card - same basic amount has been charged each month (varies a dollar or so from month to month) - has been consistent from 2009.

The paperless monthly bill is not emailed - someone must go onto Vocalocity's website and enter the account to view bills (we have not checked bills - they have not varied from 2009). Owner did check the bill for February 2014 and noticed the charge for the "extra" toll free number (40.00 - has never been in use). Owner then reviewed all the bills dating back to May 2009 and found that even after telling the Vocalocity sales/account person our company could not use another toll free number it has been billed since the beginning (57 months at 39.99 per month = 2279.43 total overcharge. We called customer service on February 4, 2014 to discuss the overcharge and and was offered 6 months credit (6 * 39.99 = 239.94) to settle, the offer was declined.

Sent letter on February 5, 2014 explaining the situation and requesting a full refund of 2279.43. Vocalocity refunded one (1) month charge (39.99) and has corrected the bill. We have made contact looking for an answer 5 times (Feb 15, 19, 20, 25, and March 4) each time the customer service person or manager tells us they will call us back with an answer - so far no call backs. Manager claims they are only responsible for the past 30 days but will see what they can do. their new slogan, "Crazy Generous" - not yet! Beware - check your bill
