Con un boleto redondo que se compro con una tarjeta de credito a nombre de Adriana Terrones. Madre de la menor . Que fue vendido via telefonica por el agente G9L de la aerolinea Volaris. Proporsionando un numero de confirmacion . BBRLBE . El itinerario fue recibido via internet y especificaba las fechas ylas horas de losvuelos correspondientes. El dia 8 de agosto la madre de la menor secomunico a la aerolinea para verificar que todo los pagos ytramites correspondiente estuvieran al corriente y un agente aclaro que todo estaba bien pero el dia 09 de agosto del 2012 la menor arribo al aeropuerto de la cd. De Aguascalientes para documentar su equipaje y cuando se disponiaa abordar les notificaron a los familiares que no podia abordar por que supuestamente el boleto de regreso no estaba pagado. Sin embargo contamos con el itinerario recibido.

Nos comunicamos con un supervisor de la aerolinea llamado Alexis Arratia el dia de hoy 09 de agosto de 2012 a las 3:06 de la tarde hora de los Angales. Para expresarle nuestrapreocupacion por tratarse de una menor y el prometio comunicarse enseguida connosotros. ahora son mas de las 9:00 de la noche hora de los angeles y nosabemos que va a pasar con la menor.
