Single Mom Travels across country with older volvo, child and two dogs.  Car starts to have problems after three weeks of getting here and had to have AAA take car to get fixed, could not drive.  Take care to Viking Volvo and they acted as if the were the answer to all our problems.  We asked them to fixed an expensive part to get the car working better and the part would cost over $2000.  Single mom asks for payment plan or to work something out.  Car brought to be serviced and finished September 2012, first week.  Ready to be picked up.  Need payment option or plan.  It has not been 30, 60, 90, 120 days.

Margie, owner, puts lien on car, hangs up on phone as if it was her way of getting a vehicle.  We called car insurance company and they said it sounded fishy.  Contacted state and lien company with certified letters. It seems as if this business bases all their work on how to get cars deceptively or how to screw single moms.  This was cruel punishment and Margie is a nasty person.  She did not respond or take calls.  She did not work out payment plans.  She wanted a new car.

Unwed Mother?

AUTHOR: Volvo Viking Irvine CA - SCAM for s - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, November 11, 2012

I understand bills are due but in this economy who can handle a $2000 bill let alone a 'single mom' - not sure where you got 'unwed' that sounds so strange?  You must own a car place and you do the same thing.  Funny how this works.  Payment options are offered from everyone from car dealers to financing refrigerators to every business out there.  Automobile industry has to get us 'Single parents' on board if they want us to respect and not write replies like this especially when someone writes 'unwed'.  I was 'wed' but then I was 'divorced' but being a 'single parent' brings the economies of scales down for affordability.

Here's What Happened

You took the car in to get fixed and the cost was high.  You couldn't pay cash right then and there.  Did they say the have a financing plan?  If not, then all work is due and payable when finished.  They are under no obligation to extend credit to you or anybody else.  If they don't have in house or external credit available, then they don't offer credit!  Being an UNWED MOTHER has nothing to do with it.
