Hello I am writting to tell you about the Wal-Mart Family Mobile was very rude and dispectful to me. I have been on the phone for two days trying to get some kiind of help but everyone that i had talk to all told me the same thing even the mangers Johnathon and Chris. I had bought a Alcatel onetouch Fierce phone from wal mart for 149.88 plus tax it was 161.87 on Oct.22,2013.Well it has been freezeingup on me it shuts down on me, When calls come in i can not answer it sometimes, and I can not put in a SD card in the phone because it gets to hot. So they told me to send it in and i will have to go without 10 bussiness without a phone, and if they can not fix it they will send me a refurbished phone.The phone I have a Very Junkie it works when it wants to.I still have my reciept.
