waldorf park apartments staff was very unprofessional pittsburgh Pennsylvania

Questionable activities!!

My Husband and myself took my son apartment hunting for his very first apartment this past week and decided to look at waldorf park due to closeness to his new job at Ross Township Police dept. We are not at all firmilair with the area- my son is relocating to that area. We did not have an appointment we just decided to walk in. upon walking in we were greeted by a young women screaming on her cell phone outside the rental office. sounded like she was on a personal phone call and was saying obsene vulagar language at whomever she was speaking to. We walked into the office standing and waiting because nobody appeared to be there after we kept saying hello. 

the same young women that was outside yelling and screaming on her phone walked into the office and greeted us with her name being jenna, the manager of the apartment community.  a little shaken by this we followed thru the process.  she then proceeds to tell us that my son is not old enough to rent from them that there is a age requirement.  i found this odd.  jenna stated if me or my husband wants to apply and put the apartment in our name that this would be an option.  again, i found this odd not to mention the entire time she was showing us the apartments available (clean and unclean) she was busy texting on her phone. we had to ask questions twice just to get a straight answer. 

this is very questionable behavior!  the entire time we were there was very sketchy- her behavior, responses to our questions and showing my son dirty apartments saying we will have them clean before you move in if you decide to rent from us and then mentioning we lie whom will be renting the apartment.  we recieved an application and after research we found this community to be owned by a comapany named lobos management that has very poor reviews and most recent leaking roofs and much more. the unprofessional manner in which we were greeted was not acceptable and not to mention the behavior of the staff.  we decided this is not a place that is acceptable for our son to reside.  i would not recomend this place to anyone.
