This company took over $17,000 from me to resolve my tax issues for over three years. Not only did they not get the issues resolved they were made worse. I was served by my local Sheriff dept for my state tax because they didnt even contact them regarding the state taxes unbeknownst to me. When I contacted them to find out why this had happened they said they forgot to handle it. The IRS issues were not handled either. I finally got on the phone with the IRS and handled some of the issues myself. I have asked them to refund part of my payment and they will not respond. Every time I call they tell me they will escalate it to the finance dept and I never hear back from them. If anyone is willing to join me in a lawsuit I will be happy to pursue it.
