on or about may 2 2011 my wife went to work as she all ways does around 230 in the after noon they put her loading trucks that night as she started back to truck on lift as she started to stop the lift would not stop and she ran into the beam that helps hold up the building she got slung off the lift and landed on her tail bone and also her right hand as the supervicers come over they looked ever thing over and said there was nothing wrong with lift which was a lie. so they sent her home and made a appointment with company dr she went to al occupational medicine center company dr started going 3/ 30/ 11through 5/2/11 this doctor sent her for mri after this was sent for therpy was put on light duty she filed for workerscom and was paid for one day what a rippoff as of today she is still under a lot of pain with her hand and her tail bone and is still made report to work by walmart they push ther employes to the point they have to rush that is what causes work injurys also the bose men on night shift uses woman as sex objects they had my wife so scared of loosing her job if she tryed to sue or file a complaint aganist walmart dc the bottom line is they done every thing in there power to cover ther self and keep from paying workers com i have heard of similar cases with other walmart dc in different states i think walmart should be under some type of suppervision by the gov i think some walmart dc should be shut down if they cant run ther bussness no better than they do (((REDACTED)))

Charles, you are suffering from a persecution complex, and you are fearful that nobody likes you. Well I have a news flash for you, No body likes you.
We all wish you would just go away, and you and your mother would move somewhere where there is no internet, or home computer, so you cannot bother any of us any longer.
Perhaps the authorities would leave you alone if you and your mother stopped trying to make children together. But I suspect that the reason your mental instability is so strong is that your Mother and Father were actual brother and sister.
I also heard that you did get married, and you either married your first cousin or your sister. I am leaning towards your sister however, as incest seems to run in your family.
Why dont you just run along little boy, because as long as you continue to post your stupid little insane comments, we will continue to pick on you. As a matter of fact,we are going to contact the county where you live, and are going to arrange a castration so you and your mother cannot make any more children together any longer.
So when you think about it, you married your younger sister, who was fathered by you, and given birth by your mother, so you are actually having incest with your sister/daughter. Wow, and who said you were not capable of a complex relationship.

I have ignored the many cruel comments that people have posted about me. I have made it threw all the drama torture & the torment that I have suffered. I'm moving on with my life not caring what people think or say about me. People have crossed the line with the cruel remarks they said about me.
I deserve to live a normal life like everybody else without being tormented. I refused to be their victim any longer nobody deserve to be put threw this just because they chose to make a complaint about their bad experiences with a company or business.
I'll just have to put all this behind me because their is no way I will ever get any type of justice. These people need some serious "Psychology problems" to why they feel the need to just create problems in peoples lives & why they feel the need to ruin somebodys life.
Everyone in this country needs a fair chance but some people think I don't deserve to live a normal life.

I will take a bet with anyone that this lie will be broken within a few days. This racist, educationed pig can't even keep his own stories straight let alone a promise. 2) I saw and read comment number 57 and did you once see me agree with that poster? Did you see me ever jump on top of you about it? If you think or see that I did then there is really no point of talking to you anymore since you are as clueless as you sound. I never "ONCE" supported that outlandish comment. If anything I felt it was out of line and childish but at the time others had commented back about it and I felt it was not my place to continue beating the subject into the ground, so unless you clearly can't do, I left that subject alone feeling it was being dealt with effectively in itself.
3) I have been trying for the life of me to help you and finally got tired of saying the same thing. You clearly don't want help, support or guidance here at all. All you want is a pitty party for yourself and some unknown justification for something that is correct or truthful. You see if I told you that the sky was yellow today, does that make it correct? First of all when I contacted "Ed", the site owner he knew of nothing about you and your never ending threads. I still have the emails between both of us that will confirm this so get off your self-pity horse please.
Secondly, if you don't want to read any replies back to any threads you started or replied back then for gosh-sakes uncheck email alert and take this site off your favorites list; sadly you won't do either although. You seem to like and enjoy the attention that you get from this website since your life sucks otherwise. This is apparent from other thread posts about customer service at Wal-Mart and K-Mart and what you feel was substandard customer care at the prescription desk. You like to create issues and such you have been barred from numerous establishments. I can only imagine how many websites and discussion boards you also have been barred from posting/viewing.
You need to get a clue...which somehow I now believe you not mentally capable of doing. Seriously I also believe you should be in a mental institution or atleast the county jail for making terrorist threats to us and everyone around your area when you posted that threat that I have shared with everyone.

I am F****** fed up with being treated like this!. I don't appericate people faking being nice to me, then not speaking to me anymore.
I am fed up with being abused, "Faselly Accused" of things I have not done. I am so "Angered" inside that I feel like taking matters into my own hands. I don't have the time to fix your last post since you clearly don't have a clue that your english skills suck big time. How you graduated high school is beyond me since you can not communicate at all effectively with others on this website. I would hate to have to listen to you speak...do you really talk like you write and when you do speak to strangers do their faces' bunch up like they just bit into a lemon tab? If they do, Charles you need to go back to whatever free education programs that are in your area for further schooling.
Till you do, no one including on this website will ever take you seriously since your posts show a below average intelligent human being with subpare social skills.
Take my advise as you choose but till you do something about your poor english communication skills, no one will ever take you seriously both on here or in life in general. The choice is yours man...get the education you need or deal with the apathy you seem to have choosen for yourself.

Charles, I am writing this to you to once again apologize for my incredibly ignorant and disgusting comments. I have been thinking of my friend Donnie since I read the post that suggested you get a gun, and going through what we had with our very good friend made me sick to know that I was not any kinder to you than I was. I am ashamed, and very disappointed in myself in going that route.
What may be very important to one person may mean nothing to another but that doesn't give anyone free reign to be nasty and berate the person. Again, I am truly ashamed of my behavior and although I don't expect you to forgive my MAJOR lack of compassion I hope one day you will. If you tell me to stick it, I deserve it. BIG TIME. Christiana, I was pretty stunned at that post too. I am sorry to learn that you have lost a friend that way. Irritating as Charles can be, would anyone on this site be okay with driving him to suicide? I really hope not. I sometimes think that the world has become a very cold and unforgiving place. There are a few people here that could do with an injection of tolerance and kindness. When did casual cruelty become okay? Charles is not the best at expressing his thoughts in writing- sorry Charles, but it has to be said- and that makes it even lower really. Charles, I am sorry that post was written to you. I am actually surprised it was published- probably shouldn't have been, morally if not legally. Thankfully, you sound like a guy who rolls with the punches! Ignore it. That jerk doesn't speak for all of the users of this site. A family that my family are friends with lost their son to suicide years ago, and my sister in law has lost a sister to suicide too. It has changed the lives of those families forever. The father of the family friend in particular has never forgiven himself for, as he sees it, having failed his son so badly. Was suggesting suicide to someone in such a hateful way meant to be funny? Yeah. What a laugh.

Number 57---That is really going a bit too far. A bit of razzing and poking fun is one thing, but suggesting someone to kill themselves is just plain wrong. One of our closest friends did that. He jumped from the roof of the power plant and what it did to his family and those of us who were his friends was shocking, to say the least.
I have made some comments on here that I truly regret and I will not be making those kinds of comments again. To anyone who I hurt, I am truly sorry. The world is full of bung*holes and I was one of them. No more of that. Reading this thread made me think of my friend who is now gone and I think this thread has long ago run its course.

I never thought it would come to a point that I agreed with anything Charles posted, but I have to man up and agree with some of his last post. I agree, Charles, that you can NOT be held at fault for anything that is beyond your control. Therefore you're not to blame for the weather, the econony, me stubbing my toe, etc. However, all the things I listed in my last post are directly in your control and therefore (by your own logic) your fault.
Life has been tough on most if not all of us. However, most people use the tough times to prove their character. Not to blame others for the trouble. Yes, sometimes bad things happen to good people. But there's no conspiracy, there's no black cloud of doom over your head. Sometimes though people are responsible for the bad things that happen to them. It's just in your case, you refuse to admit any liability and look to the government (and therefore the taxpayers) to support you and mommy and to "make it right" by rectifting all perceived wrongs. Well welcome to reality, it doesn't work that way.
And yes, you do have bad spelling.

We all know that Charles uses various euphemisms for his mother when posting on here. This is just another one of them. Hmmmmm .... maybe Chuckles actually married his mother since he can't find anyone else to marry. Can you do that in Phenix City ???
And as for Charles getting his GED, if you read one of his earlier posts, you'll find that Charlie actually DOES have a high school diploma. He sent $200 in the mail, and was sent his high school diploma back a couple of days later. Of course, for some strange reason, they did him dirty, too.
Anyway, since his mother lost her "nursing licence" ( like she could actually be a degreed and registered nurse. !! A CNA is closer to the truth ), working at Walmart is most likely the only job she could get. And, as ALWAYS happens, she had an accident and was done dirty. She's getting really good at these accidents, too. But, fortunately, her scams are well documented.
And, yes Charlie, you continue to bring 100% of your troubles on yourself.

Walmart has very close business relationships with different medical centers and physicians. These physicians look out for Walmart, not the employees. If an employee is capable of doing just a little work, Walmart automatically put these employees on light duty, such as greeters, cart pushers, etc.
Understand that most workers for Walmart are not educated. They are trained. And, there is a very serious difference between "trained" and "educated". It is the Walmart way that if "certain" people stay long enough that person could move up from cart pusher to store manager without a college degree, or just a GED. Therefore, they are just very simple people following orders of Walmart executives. WATCH OUT AND PROTECT THE MONEY.
When injured, you "must" visit the physicians appointed by Walmart. However, although it may cost you, it is best to get a second opinion from a different physician If this physician states your wife is in no condition to work or has suffered a serious injury, you take this information to Walmart, then immediately get legal advice. GET LEGAL ADVICE REGARDLESS OF WHAT WALMART SAYS! Understand, your wife might have an injury that may stay with her for the rest of her life.
Once you sit with an attorney, explain how the injury occurred. The attorney will most probably take the advice of your doctor. He or she will most probably do what is known as "discovery". Discovery is a court order filed by the attorney through the court demanding information on the lift your wife was riding. This is necessary because it is possible there was a mechanical problem with the lift. It will also show if work or repairs were recently or previously done on the lift. If your attorney finds any problem with the lift, there will be a case of negligence on the part of Walmart.
You still have time to discuss the matter regardless of whether or not your wife has returned to work. There are still many attorneys who will offer information and guidance at no cost. You may also contact the EEOC or the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission for guidance at no cost to you.
Finally, learn to ignore all ignorant remarks by some readers. Ignorance tends to blind the person from the point discussed.

So she went to be treated on March 30th and kept going until May 2nd? Okay, but then there is this line from the start of the OP:
"on or about may 2 2011 my wife went to work as she all ways does around 230 in the after noon"
So your wife went to work and had an accident over a MONTH after she went in for treatment? Was this a stupid mistake or could the OP be posting false information?
