They have allowed fraudulent charges to pass through on my card. CS is absolutely no help whatsoever. You choose english and yet they are based in a country where english is not the first language and you cannot understand anything they say. They are rude, talk over you and cannot explain why the charges were allowed when I am 1500 miles from the debit location. I absilutely hate being treated like a theif when my card was completely zeroed out. I have bills to pay and children to feed.
