I was sold a phone contract that if i brought 2 smart phones I would only pay 40 bucks a month for the 1st six months for both phones,Then i could throw the phones away so i paid $199.94 for the phones.It sounded like one hell of a deal...my 1st bill was for 91 bucks.I went to walmart and he said he made a mistake..He said it would be $80 a month for the 2 phones for the 1st six months ,and then it would go down to $40 for the next six months. It is now may 20th 2013.and they still $91.34 a month..
I went to walmat to try to resolve this issue agian ,{the woman down there was helpful but after a long time on the phone all she could offer was a email address at customerrelations@myfamilymobile.com.}
So I got Ripped off.
On the 23rd im canceling my kids phones {way to much money} over 750 for 6 months.
And I will try my luck in small claims.
P.S i think $11.34 is way to much tax, and i have all this in the contract.

The tax is mandated by the government, not the cellular provider.
It's a POSTPAID not a prepaid service.
If you, cancel the service, you will never receive the credit.
If you continue to call customer service & make sure they escalate the info about the phones, you will receive the credit, for the full $100 for each line eligible off the next bill at this time.
