I didnt drop it, spill anything.. it just stopped working. I brought it back to Walmart only for them to tell me to contact Asurion (the imsurance comoany) well.. i call there immediately and they give me the direct number to RCA. so i call RCA only for the automated system to tell me to go online!! im so frustrated by this time. I look up another customer support number for RCA and i get "sorry, we're unable to help you at this time.

I seen another report regarding this company. Very disappointed.

Walmart RCA asurion I purchased an rca pro10 edition laptop on 01/07/15 I also purchased the 2 year extended warranty within a month the tablet would not turn on. I took it back to Walmart where I was informed it was over 15 days and I could not bring it back. I was told to call Walmart, then rca, then asurion, and round and round North Port Florida
