I ordered Avlimil from Berkeley Pharmaceuticals last June or July. After taking it for almost 4 months I decided it wasn't helping me. I called the company and was told by their customer rep. that I wasn't eligible for a refund unless I received it for a year. Iwas also told that even though the return program had just started a note would be attached to the record that I was eligible for the first three months as well as the next nine.
I recently returned all the packages per instructions requesting an immidiate refund.
Today,(Nov 5,) I received a card in the mail stating they had received the package and to please call customer service as soon as possible. I called 866-834-1715 per the instructions and as soon as I told the person who answered that I was calling about my refund per the card, I was put through to a young man named Kent (if that's his real name) He immediately started telling me that I was not entitled to a refund but he would consent to sending me $70.00
I became quite irate. The young man would not let me finish a sentence and at one time even told me that he didn't even have to do that but he was being nice to me. When I debated that point he then offered me a check for $200. I told him that according to what I was told and took in good faith, the company owed me at least $300. He became quite irate and even said in a threatening manner that he could"take back the offer any time so I should reconsider taking the $200. I asked for his name (Kent) but he would not give me his last name.
I asked for the name of his supervisor and he told me Michael Johnson. I was then informed that Mr. Johnson sdid not have a phone or an office. I asked Kent if there really was a Mr. Johnson, had he ever seen him, talked to him...Kent kept over riding my questions by talking. He was a rude bully. Is This the kid of service they call customer service?
Right now I'm so angy I could spit. How does one get in touch with this Mr Johnson, to complain not only about the service but about Kent's rudeness. No doube people like Kent are hired to be bull dogs to the customers to prevent them for getting their rights.
I am so fed up that I am getting on the web and announcing to the world not to do business with this company. After doing a google search about the company I was dismayed to find many more complaints about this company. Never Again...
