ok let me start off by saying this i my laptop fell and lots of things broke. the plastic covering the lcd. the touch pad and the usb ports .ok i sent the laptop in. 3 weeks later i recived it and so i opened the box that looked like a car ran over and i saw my laptop. it looked fixed but no no they did fix the plastic lcd cover and the touch pad but they didnt fix the usb ports. its not the usb ports them selfs but the mother board.the laptop shorted out and thier are no power to the usb ports any more. oh and they also broke some stuff too. they broke the button inside the laptop that makes the laptop go to sleep and 2 letters on my keyboard i press the key and they wont respond. i called them to send it back they said ok.

i sent it got it back they fixed the keyboard but they didnt fix the usb ports. i said on the phone and wrote down on paper notifiny the technition and so they say no problem found with the usb ports and im like are they serious thier is no power going to the usb ports how isnt thier a problem. and so i called frustrated and they said my warrenty is done but they will still fix it because now its thier problem and so isent it in again and got it back still problem not fixed. the paper says no problem found and im like now wtf and so i call yelling and cursing at her and all she said is just bring it in. i tell her i wanna talk to your manager and she said ok give me a minit and so she came back saying managers ot her judt give me your number and ill tell him to call you back. so i did and he never called back.

 i wanna sue this s*itty company its trash. your way better of finding a repair man on craigslist than paying for something that never gets repaired . someone needs to inspect this company and shut it down. thier just talking our money oh and i forgot to mention when they repair they unit they used old parts from a broken laptop that has those parts working fin my plastic cover was sopposted to be new but it had loads of scratches
