Offered zero transfer balance for 18 months but after making the first scheduled payment on time they charged finance charges. Call them and they said it is only for purchases and not a balance transfer. I told them going to report and they offered to give the credit back and make it where it was a purchase instead so it will show as no finance charges to be applied. However take two billing statements for this to happen. I'm not convinced since another reported they never honored to straighten their billing out. Will update you later....
