I have received the same unprofessional behavior from watchbrokers.com. I got a call from one of watchbrokers reps back in November 2010. (fantastic marketing skills) assuring me my watch would be sold before Christmas minus 28% brokerage fee. something was fishy from the very begining 1-866-440-7535. Call this number and see if you can get through!!! Wer'e talking thounsands of dollars of jewelry here and these people don't answer the phone or return calls? Secondly, a guy by the name of J.C. gave me a step by step procedure in processing my watch.

"Once the watch arrives we have a camera video every step of the process from the time the package is open to the cleaning, appraisal, marketing, etc." a bunch of BS. My watch had been sitting @ watchbrokers since the first week in December. J.C. called  and stated that my watch was appraised  at less than $500 so watchbrokers would not, could not sell anything for the value less than $500. (sure) Lets go back! My watch was never cleaned, they probably was trying to sell it on ebay, amazon, etc. next, if the value of the watch is less than $500 according to your procedure watchbrokers should have known this 4 months ago.

Finally, the clause of charging me to return the watch. Because they could not sell. LISTEN CONSUMER!!!  RED FLAGGS!!!This company is a scam big time. I truly believe these people are working from a garage or some kinda bootleg, broke down office and are about to take off in the wind at anytime. If you have anything of value in this company I suggest you get it back as soon as possible. We also need to get in touch with the attorney general of Georgia..This is in the makings as I type. Good luck to the consumer.
