wayne county friend of court charged me for a child that was not mine refused me dna testing started a false income with holding order after 12 years detroit, Michigan

recently friend of the court started a income with holding order .my support has been paid off. the keep trying to get money from me i dont under stand is our state that desprate that they go after any body they want. or that they can get money out of because there is nothing we can do about it. they made me pay for a child that wasnt mine a refused me dna testing they said they dont care somebody has to pay.

so i did what i had to do to pay it lost my house and everything. now they are starting this crap . I am on ssdi so there is no way to stop them please help . because any time i do get to talk to some body they always change the problem or the amount i dont owe them a dam dime
