I called them and a form is being sent to me to fill out and after review I might get a credit. I wont hold my breath.

2. You mentioned NOTHING about calling your credit card company.
If you think you've been the victim of identity theft, you call your credit card company and the police.
You do what YOU'RE doing if you're stupid or trying to slander a company.
