This is the first volley ... I have a ton of information, including e-mails from the CEO refusing to answer my questions and concerns along with some very interesting testimony, and a consented to Recording of a conversation with the CEO with off-color language, deformation of others, and a direct threat.

I will also give a blow-by-blow accounting of WMI's M1 product, including times of each speaker, the information that is standard knowledge already that is included on the M1 set, questions and information on their Axis Alliance and MLM Alliances, along with out-and-out ... ummm ... how do I say this diplomatically? ... I don't ... just read the upcoming editions.

I will, without particulars, give you an account, FACTUAL, of the last M2 type conference the CEO put together for the last company he worked for.

I will not put anything here that I do not believe to be FACT, directly from the Officers, Executives, and Alliances (including recordings of PUBLIC broadcasts), or EXPLICITELY Flagged as my opinion ... but remember, "opinions are like AH's ... everyone has one and they all stink!" so take mine with a grain of salt.

If you have any information that you would like to come forward with but do not want WMI to know it was you ... we will do it just like the "Testimonials" in on the WMI Website ... put INITIALS and a STATE and call it a Testimonial. Send to Grizzlygrey/yahoo ... or post it here if you don't care about the ... considerable resources Kip will throw at me through his attorneys that hide behind a PakMail Box and of whom he will not release their names!

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THIS FORUM, is that WMI will have a chance to answer my questions and provide an explanation of the products and their purpose along with the defense of WMI's alliances and their practices, IF NECESSARY, of course. Everything I say here will be believed by me to be accurate and as I delineated above. If by chance, I am incorrect with anything I state, I apologize in advance and will do so again in this forum, if necessary ... but I doubt it because I will make every effort to be correct or justify my speculations. Also, the e-mails, I will publish must be correct or the CEO would have corrected them when he had a chance to ... therefore any information in the e-mails must be deemed to be correct ... just as the CEO agreed by "omission of corrections."

Thank you for reading and I look forward to your input.

Check back here for an update soon ...

BTW, I am not in this alone and I know there are others out there!

File with FTC

AUTHOR: Jay - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, March 21, 2016

I spoke with the Federal Trade Commission and they stated actions against these guys take time and more complaints. I have submitted complaints to many agencies and they have basically all kicked them to the FTC. The more complaints the likely something may happen. go to ftc.gov to file.

Lawsuit Against WMI

AUTHOR: siamese57 - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, March 19, 2014

I will be filing a lawsuit against WMI.  They have not ONCE had the courtesy to contact me re: having a contract signed by me.  That's because there is no contract.  I am a bit hesitant to move forward, as I suspect they must have high-powered attorneys that are in their employ standing by to assist.

WMI takes and takes.  No giving back as claimed. Once you enroll, there is no money-back, try-it-out opportunity.  You shell out the cash, you are stuck, and I am out of 9k for that "special" M2.  Jeremy Miner is one of the most devious creeps in the marketing arena.

My advice:  Find another business.  Do not go with this company.  You will suffer nothing but agravation and loss of money.

Now, how do you feel about WMI?

AUTHOR: Rick - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, March 29, 2010

@ Mike - Spring Hill (USA) "A different experience"?

Hello Mike,

Now that you have been in WMI for a length of time, (you were rebuttal # 7 on my first post back in 2005) I would like you to supply a verifiable update to this "Rip-off Report" rebuttal you posted here ...

I am very interested in verifying anyone who has "Made their fortune" in WMI ... I would be happy to be proven wrong in my experience and assessment of the company and their alliances.

If you are not financially independent at this point, as WMI insinuates, I would like to know the reasons or excuses they gave you.

You stated that you have a blog for your running update but the address was removed ... please provide it to me at grizzlygrey/yahoo when you get a chance.

I look forward to hearing from you and I imagine a lot of others do too!

Regards,

Rick

Boy, Wish I Had Known About This Website A Year Ago!

AUTHOR: Wary-eye - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, May 15, 2009

Thanks, Rick and Everybody else who has commented on WMI-CCP.

I bought in a year ago. Never did anything with it. Downloaded the sales script, and read through it. Thought I must have missed something so never got around to taking the 'exam'.

Was perplexed by the m1 materials: a bunch, two bunches, of CDs that described the various services of WMI's associate companies, but not how to actually access any of the services, and nothing about whether members would be able to utilize the services at any sort of discount off the nonmember fees.

Then there was "The Secret": bah! Old news! And all those darn emails, constantly, emails.

I am terribly computer illiterate; even more so a year ago. My sponsoring member was a computer geek. Because I am not, he assumed that I am uneducated, or even slow-witted. I am not.

And all of those telephone calls! I hate having to use the telephone, for several reasons. Plus, I was already committed to three telephone conference calls per week.

Everything about the m1, et al, program was a big secret. No real information given until you paid for and received the package. Lovely big notebook included: nothing in it, and no indication of what should have been in it.

Jump to the full registration procedure: the first thing on the webpage was 'don't go bothering the helpline people because they're there to help new prospects; and don't bother your upline, s/he doesn't have time to help you.' Hey, I'm a newbie! What should have taken about an hour to accomplish took me three days to NOT complete.

Then I heard some things that really set my teeth on edge. I didn't care for the way the information in "The Secret" was presented. While it is true that the concepts contained therein are universal, it is also true that they are found within what was until last year the most widely sold book on the planet. Their presenta-tion sort of ran crossways with my religious convictions. So on to the CDs.

On the first one I listened to, the speaker (no longer recall who) made a big thing out of trying to be reassuring that those concepts would not contradict or in any way run afoul of one's personal religious beliefs. DING! DING! DING! RED FLAG! BATTLE STATIONS!

Shortly after that I was on one of those darn conference calls, and Jay Kubassek began speaking derogatorily about people "who don't even bother to finish setting up their websites" and how he just couldn't understand that. I was right in the middle of trying to do just that but his statements just killed it for me right there. Thin skinned? Perhaps. I spent a long time trying to decide whether I really wanted to make the effort to actually try to make the system work.

I didn't have an extra $500 for any kind of advertising, not even an adword campaign. One woman said she was able to grow her business by using free ads online, but didn't go into any details. I wanted to talk to her but was afraid to ask because of their (seemingly) strict policy about pirating other sponsors' downline members.

Had I realized that it entailed MLM, I never would have signed up.

Good Co. & Products. A Refund/Dispute Could Cost You. Expect Zero Help from Corporate in Disputes

AUTHOR: Sharon Lewinsky - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, February 15, 2008

I've made decent money and attended events, met the EC and it's a moneymaker. But YOU are independent and here's the scoop. Let's say Sally buys M2 for $8995, quits, never logs in, or shows up. 6 months later her husband is pissed and claims to his credit card company to reverse the charge. Doesn't matter what reason, just any lie. You took an online payment- not cash.

When a prospect clicks to acknowledge the terms and conditions, that is in no way a binding, legal agreement nor can it be reproduced in a format acceptable to win a legal dispute. It appears at first glance to have teeth but the entire agreement is vapor along with a certification exam that vanishes too.

WMI feels it is under no obligation to keep written records to represent the transaction, including a 'certification exam' that is required but not scored, saved or can be produced. WMI will not honor the current online language describing their binding arbitration provided during representative or customer disputes regarding payments. i.e. Get Cash

The Executive Team discusses this- but they don't share this with everyone.

Credit cards, Google Checkout, Paypal, AlertPay, Paystone payments can all Be Reversed more than 6 months after the sale! Any bozo can simply claim no product was received or lie. WMI will ignore any payment dispute so get cash or certified funds prior to placing or paying for any online orders. Don't expect help, arbitration, but Do expect- 'well, you took a risk with online payments'. In other words - it's your fault - but that's not the worst part.

Whatever wholesale amount you have remitted to WMI for the sale is a permanent transaction and no refunds are given. If your credit card or online payment is disputed by your customer, it's the full amount plus your wholesale.

M1 refunds will cost you 1995+995= $2990 An M2 will cost $10,895 and if you were stupid enough to take a 19,995 payment online, a fickle customer who wants a refund 6 months later or complains to their credit card company will cost you $31,895 in cash. Again, it doesn't matter even if they showed up for the event, got the products- anyone can just lie.

TIP TO AVOID THIS: Before your prospect orders M2/M3 and accepting any customer payment, fill a blank document with your company name, date, and your customers name and date.

Copy and paste the terms and conditions from M1/M2/M3 areas in the body of the document. Find & Replace all the places where WMI's name appears and replace with your name. Then paste another copy with WMI's original language under the first. Place two signature lines below for you and your purchaser with date.
Save as a secure PDF or print and overnight original documents to your customer.

Once you receive the signed copies back, get your prospect to place the online version of the order. You should accept only certified funds and process the order. In other words make your own contract purchase agreement.

Wealth Masters and CCPro update!

AUTHOR: Keith - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, February 06, 2008

I have been terminated by Wealth Masters. I am glad to see CCPro had changed their marketing system. If it was not for the hype it would almost be respectable! I have asked for a $12,000 refund for my M3 ticket. As expected I have gotten no response!!! It seems I have also been taken off their mailing list!

Wealth Masters Is Making a Mistake

AUTHOR: Lynn - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, January 27, 2008

First I joined Wealth Masters over a year ago and was very excited about their product line and opportunity. Having been in the Direct Sales Industry in another company I liked that it was only $6750.00 to be fully capitalized. There was an annual fee and no monthly recurring fees with a residual that I felt would help people really focus on assisting the people they sponsored.

Since then a lot has changed. It has moves to a 3 tier product structure with prices having gone up significantly. I believe the product line is good at the m1 level and great at the m2 level. There has not been a conference at the m3 level yet so that will have to be determined but I have found the content and the opportunities at the m2 level particularly worth it.

With the advent of CarbonCopy Pro I believe the company is moving in the wrong direction. Giving a 3rd party company like CCPRO control and an endorsment as a marketing arm especially when one of the owners of CCPRO is also the Senior Vice President of Wealth Masters leaves the sponsoring consultants with limited choices and what could appear as a conflict of interest.

Currently the User Agreement with CCPRO states the following under the section:

"The Relationship Between CarbonCopyPRO and Wealth Masters
International"

"CarbonCopyPRO is an in dependant marketing system. CarbonCopyPRO is
not responsible for any corporate decisions or actions by Wealth
Masters International. We at CarbonCopyPRO could market any company
at any time and hold zero responsibility to maintain a relationship
with Wealth Masters International. Any concerns with Wealth Masters
corporate policies should be directed to their compliance department."

Now if I just paid $9000.00 to join WMI through CCPRO this part of the agreement would concern me. Additionally at the time I write this one of the owners of CCPRO is also the Senior Vice President of Wealth Masters so it is difficult to believe that CCPRO is not responsible for any Corporate Decisions.

I am not sure why Wealth Masters would endorse CCPRO with that kind of a clause in it.

The other section of the user agreement that I would pay particular attention to is on emails and autoresponders. "If you choose to use the in house autoresponder you understand that you are forfeiting all rights to any leads of applications that are
generated and CarbonCopyPRO will own the rights to these contacts.
CCP reserves the right to do with them anything we deem appropriate."

As a marketer having spent lots of money on lead generation owning these leads is essential. As you learn marketing you will understand the long term value. Having spent your money to get the leads you should own them.

(As of this writing you can read the entire user agreement by going to http://carboncopypro.com/start.php)

While the intention behind CCPRO is good in reality a system like this, in my opinion, does not make a good business person or long term business sense. I could go on about why I think this is not a good marketing choice for someone looking to run a business long term, but that is for another conversation.

It seems to me that WMI is abdicating much of its responsibility as a business opportunity to a system that is not part of its company leaving its independent consultants with limited choices.

The conversation should be about the company not CCPRO if WMI is to establish a solid reputation for itself and make it long term. Right now the conversation is about CCPRO and if it can up and market any company any time with zero responsibility to maintain a relationship with Wealth Masters why in the world would you pay all that money to join Wealth Masters.

If I were looking at WMI today I probably wouldn't join given the current direction even though I believe the products are worth it.

Wealth Master International and Carbon Copy Pro.

AUTHOR: Keith - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, January 18, 2008

One point I would like to make. I was not threatened by Wealth Masters. I was threatened by one of there EC members who happens to be one of the principles in CCPro.

Some thing to think about. "If you can be sued by a person or company for "defamation and slander" when you tell the TRUTH about them, their character is DEFINITELY in question!"

I will be asking WMI for a $12,000.00 refund for my M3 ticket because I am not willing to pay $1295.00 to defer to the next one.

I do not expect to get a response. This seems to be a pattern with this company.
Just do not respond and it will go away.

There is a no refund policy you sign when you join.

They have changed the policy and procedures to include hype and questionale marketing. I think they could change and allow my refund.

Consumer beware!!

Wealth Master International and Carbon Copy Pro.

AUTHOR: Keith - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, January 15, 2008

Update.

I have been threatened with a defamation and slander suit from Wealth Masters International. I was unaware that the truth is defamation. I have apologized to Karl Bessy for some of the content.
I will no longer post here unless there is a suit. I can not support any company that uses a system like CCPro. When I joined it was not what it is today. Let this be a lesson to anyone joining any company. You cannot keep any company from changing comp plans or policies and procedures. Do not invest a lot of money in any opportunity or you may end up like me. It is a pretty tough $22,000.00 lesson.

We are often temporarily or permanently blinded by the pursuit of wealth.

Now I will take this bump in the road and move on.

God bless

I invite you to respond on the site or satisfy my concerns so I can put a positive post on the site.

I signed up in april of 2007.

I joined Wealth Masters at what they call there M1 level. $1495.00 at the time now $2000.00 I thought that the product looked good enough and the possibility of being break even with two sales was attractive. I also joined Carbon Copy Marketing at the time because they were going to show me how to build a business. They would show me how and where to market online to be successful!

Still sounds good. I did a booth at a job fair (not using WMI material) and had an individual approach me who wanted to join at the M3 level. Now I had a dilemma! If I stayed at the M1 level my commissions would be $700.00. If I did the bump to the M3 I would get $9,500.00. Over a $20,000.00 expense (tax deductable of course) it made business sense to make the jump. Greatly improved commission on sales. I followed my sponsors leadership. I did learn allot about internet marketing. It may have been worth the $20,000. When I joined I was told $149.00 a year gets your self-replicating web site with back office. No more expense. A member for life!

I went to the M2 conference. It was quite impressive. Great speakers and opportunities to invest in companies. One thing that did not impress me was the last night of the conference one of the owners seemed to be inebriated while giving awards.

Once again great people, great place, great conference.

Then came Carbon Copy Pro. Now it costs $149 a month to use their system. They are separate from WMI. They recommend at least $500 a month marketing budget. So now you are looking at a $149 to join. $2,000.00 to be able to market the M1. If you use CCPro it is $149 a month. That is $1,788.00 a year. Plus $6,000.00 for marketing.

It is starting to get expensive if you are not selling any product.

I took the $9,500.00 and figured if I market and get a few sales I could build a business.

$6,500.00 later no sales.

Another problem I have with CCPro. It seems to me they use deception to get leads and later consultants.

If you go to a CCPro site and go through the process you will be invited to fill out an application. It only cost you $45.00 but you get a $149.00 CD free. What a value. You are also told you if you join the business you will make a profit of $5,000 in three months or you get triple your money back. So you fill out the questionnaire to see if you will be excepted. You get you free cd and then you find out it takes $149 to join, $2,000 to be able to profit of an M1 sale and they suggest you have $500.00 a month to advertise.

With this plan you will have had to spend over $4,000.00 to go three months to see if you will make $5,000.00. But that is okay because if you do not they will pay you $135 for your triple your money back guarantee after they have profited $1,000.00! Someone is getting a good deal here and someone is getting the shaft. Can you figure out which is which. I have not talked personally with any one who has made $5,000 profit in their first three months. I am sure there are some.

If you google home based business and check out the pay per click adds you will find between 50 and 90% are CCPro adds. Google must love Carbon Copy! Check it out. What are the possibilities your ad will result in a lead besides a sale. I do not like the odds.

Now a problem with WMI. When I joined the following was in the policies and procedures.

4. No Income/Earnings claims. No mention of actual income, or potential income. No
Lifestyle claims. This means the cars, the boats or the million plus dollar homes.

Now that has change for the bottom dollar. They must not have a good enough product to sell without removing this from the policies and procedures. This now allows CCPro the right to hang out a $250,000 first year carrot to draw people into a marketing system that uses deception to get consultants. Oviously my opinion.

Now the new year. Another change. You have to pay $50.00 a month to have a site and back office. I now will not get emails from corporate unless I pay for this new site and no longer have a self rep site I had when I signed up.

Now I can not get the forms I need or the emails from WMI.

Legit business. You make the call. I have quit consulting my sponor because I called him on some of these issues and must have insulted him.

In April they are having their first M3 conference in Budipest Hungry. If anyone is interested I have a ticket for sale.

At first there was a $100.00 price to defer to the next conference. Now it is $1295.00. I do not know how this is in the best interest of the consultant. If WMI would invest this money in one of their 50% return investments it should profit them $2500.00 by the next conference.

I was told there would be monthy calls with opps to invest on good deals because Kip was an insider. After all their goal is to get you in investments that make you 50% return a year. Sounds good but I have not seen it yet. I think since April there were two maybe three calls with opps for investing. I am not sure the exact amout but definitly not one a month.

And now I have found out I am not a member for life Unless I pay the annuall renewal fee.

I could write allot more but you get the picture.

If this is a company and marketing system you want to be involved with good luck!

One more thing. I incorporated my business for $800.00 I believe it cost $1200 with wmi's
alliance partner.

I do not believe I am recieving what I signed up for.

Do I have some lagitimate concerns?

Keith

I LOST ALOT of money with WMI. I also had $3000 STOLEN from one of their alliances....did they (Kip and Karl) stand behind their product. NOPE! They simply told me that they lost money as well. It was only after ALOT of complaining and harassing that they did me a "favor" and lined me up with the NEW alliance.

Yes Kip and Karl have the nice guy thing down pat. They wouldn't be able to scam so many people if they didn't. But in all honesty the only thing that matters to them is making a buck.

WMI is the 2nd "venture" I followed Karl Bessey into. The first one cost me over $20,000 because I was SUED after I was told evreything was legitimate!!!!! You'd think I'd learn the first time, but no, I trusted him and followed him into the trenches of WMI and lost even more money! Over $10,000 if I added it all up!!!

They claim it is a LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP!!! So why when I told Kip and Karl that I was no longer going to market the product was I wiped off the email list? I was no longer told about new alliances, no longer received emails about synergy calls. I was no longer an asset to the company because I was not making money for Karl (Karl was my sponsoring consultant and I was a FOUNDING consultant of WMI) so I was kicked to the curb.

What they don't tell you up front is that once you buy in at $1500 you ALSO then have to PAY to use the alliances that YOU CAN USE IF YOU CALL THE DIRECT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GO THOUGH WMI TO BENEFIT FROM THE ALLIANCES THEY HAVE IN PLACE!! And the only benefit from going to the M2 or the outrageously priced M3 is to have over $10K to invest!!!!

RUN LIKE HELL!

Have just read your report on this group and I am so glad I did .As a Newbie ready to get into online affiliate type selling I was seriously considering signing up for their program, their hype hype is very good,I have been trying to do doing some due diligence on them and until I read the Ripoff Report (YOUR article) I could not find anything period (except their hype hype hype $5.000 convention B.S.etc etc) that alone kinda got me concerned. To get to the chase when I hang up here I intend to delete them PERIOD from my possible affiliate files.
Rick my thanks to you and the Ripoff Report you have both saved me a bundle I am putting a short cut to the Ripoff Report on my screen in fact when I have completed my new website ( hopefully mid Feb ) I will ask Ripoff Report if I can include their e link on my home page it will be me doing my bit to stop scams.

PS I am sure you know they are hyping all over the place with another lead in group called CarbonCopyPro ran by some dude called Jay Kubassek.

BUYER BEWARE ... Always a good recommendation

Yahoo ... There have been some people who have researched this company ...

The research that was "GOOD" were written by persons who have a vested interest in the company ... this makes the info tainted ... if you look at the "Good" reports, you will not see any examples of any detail or anything that can be verified or quantified to a reasonable person's satisfaction.

You must also realize that the person doing the research is doing so because they are desperate for finding something that will eventually make them rich or at least get them more money ... so they are biased to find the "GOOD" whether it is there or not.

If you look at the "BAD" reports, you will notice that they come from people who have made the step you desperately want to take ... and are therefore biased also.

However, the "BAD" reports contain SPECIFICS ... so look at both and decide for yourselves.

Do you want to "FOLLOW" those who want to get rich off your investment or do you want to learn from the experience of others who can give you exact details and prove their misfortunes. Check with grizzlygrey at yahoo - send an email if you like! Also check the educational level of the spelling and grammer of the "GOOD" reports.

Be good, take care, and think ... really THINK!

I, too, had problems with WMI. CarbonCopy is just another way for Jay to make money off of you before joining WMI. You can join WMI without using CC but I wouldn't advise it. You are just marketing a "product" that is really just a mask for selling the opportunity to other people. It's a glorified Emerald Passport and/or Global Prosperity. Join at your own risk. I earned my degree of hard knocks with this company.

As a consumer thinking of purchasing this product I have investigated it properly. I am a firm reader of Ripoff Reports and wouldnt think of purchasing anything without cheking here first. It seams as tho what happened to the people in the begining of CCPRO have legidimate gripes, but as the last fellow Mike said, things have changed and the company seems to have learned from thier mistakes and corrected the problems. I could be wrong , but I am sereously thinking of embarking on this adventure with CCPRO and have gottin some negitive and possitive feedback, so I may wait a while to see if anyone else like Mike can give me some possitive info here becouse this isnt a cheap investment.

I just started with CarbonCopyPRO, Jay Kubbasek's sales system for WMI. A lot of the problems you are reporting, I am simply not experiencing.

It's quite possible that WMI was hitting some stumbling blocks when they were a start-up, and you got caught in the midst of that. From the letters it looks like your case was handled badly, but for me Kip and Carl are ever-present. They are often on daily open calls taking any questions, and giving satisfying answers.

The M1 product is great, shipped as ordered. The material is good, and the alliance partners are excellent.

So far the numbers for CCPRO are working out like I was told they would. CCPRO is so far worth the price just for the live audio marketing coaching and the library of marketing knowledge.

I'm keeping a blog on my progress if you're interested in another perspective. It's not a pitch. I'm giving my honest experience here, and I'm open to any feedback.

Thank you for your insightful reply Paul.

However, it is worse than a deception on how much money you will make at home it is, or could be hurtful to the AGENTS and the CUSTOMERS.

The agents have been told lies about registration in all 50 states and could face substantial fines for Calling From AND To states that have the restrictions placed on phone solicitations ...

WMI says they are licenced in all but I have on tape that the CEO states that his 120,000 dollar attorneys said he did not have to be registered and obligated to abide by PA's requirements.

The customers are being sold a mortgage package that adds the WMI costs of up to or over $5990 and other charges ... up front ... based on what they will "SAVE" over the course of the term of their new loan over the old loan ... I talked to one person who said they were "SAVING" over $230 a month ... however, she neglected to note that her TAXES and INSURANCE, which were in her OLD LOAN payment ... were NOT INCLUDED in the new loan payment amount and she had to pay that in addition to the NEW amount. So, even though she paid based on the difference of the OLD and NEW amounts - it was NOT the ACTUAL differernce she was told she had to pay on ... I don't know if this makes sense to you but the bottom line is ... she was ripped off IF what she told me was correct. I expect that to be stated differently here shortly ... so be on the lookout for further misrepresentations.

ALSO, the AGENTS are open for all kinds of problems, setting up the sale of mortgage refinancing WITHOUT a license.

Best wishes,

But, just the name alone was enough. Once I saw wealth masters, I knew it was a con of some kind.

It's all the same. The promise of easy money and no work.

All the cons in the world have that in common. They all pick some kind of name that implies big money and no work.

That's how I know they're frauds.

Once you see a name like Internet Gold Mine, why stick around and listen to the pitch?

THANK YOU KIP ... FOR YOUR INSIGHTFUL REPLY:

After receiving the reply from the CEO I received this bogus address that is a WMI Mailbox at one of those PakMail places (Same as Mail Boxes Etc.) So I wrote back asking the CEO to have his attorneys (IF HE REALLY HAS ANY) write me just the answers to the following SIMPLE questions

If you prefer, have your attorneys write me as to how it is legal for you to:
1. Change the product after it was sold
2. Hold my money for over 7 months without sending the product ... check the mail order laws
3. Change the venue of the International M2 without my having the ability to opt-out
4. And about the legality of selling mortgages (Technicality)
5. ... I will have additional questions for them also!

Needless to say, the possibly non-existent attorneys, haven't answered neither has Kip!

In addition, I believe I had 14 days to review the M1 Package to request a refund ... I have only taken 10 ... I have done so and do not agree that this is what I purchased.

I do not see how it is in WMI's best interest to deny this. I would hope that you are as honorable as you state.

ALL 50 STATE'S RESISTRATION:

I asked the CEO if WMI was registered in PA and if he had put up the $50,000 surety bond, $500 Fee, and complied with the requirements of registering a minimum of 30 days before commencing business. He states that his $120,000 attorneys told him he did not need to register in PA

Hmmmmmmm, isn't it part of the presentation that WMI IS registered in ALL 50 States Isn't that something Kip and Karl are proud to say almost every week until I brought it up to Kip? Don't the old documents say they are registered in ALL 50 States?

IF WMI is not registered and covering all of WMI's Consultants all of the Consultants better cover their own activities and should register if you call to or from PA check the chart I included here to see what it takes to register in ALL of the States you call.

Hi Rick,

I see your money wasn't returned either. Very sorry to hear that. There's definitely a pattern developing here. Feel free to review my post on WMI on this website because the same thing happened to me.

As you know, I was an Executive Committee Member (EC) and I joined during Pre-launch based upon contractual promises and am in a similar position with Wealth Masters International. I trusted the CEO to abide by the contract agreement and he chose not to.

I lost my so called "Investment and was unable to return my product to get a full refund which is a flagrant violation of a signed contract. In fact, I just spoke with another ex EC member and he was denied his refund as well.

As we both state in our posts, the contract clearly states we would get a complete refund if we did not sign the Final Documents after the Launch of the company and we both didn't! See my post for the contract specifics.

I'm sure there will be others out there that are either considering this company or who have been burned as well. Buyer beware!!!

I sure hope justice will be served. I wish you well Rick!

Subject: After further review ... Request for Refund

Dear Kip and Karl,

First of all, I would like to thank you both for giving me the opportunity to join Wealth Masters International, Inc. (WMI) and the M2 International Event formerly scheduled for Cancun, Mexico on October 23rd 27th. However, at this juncture, after reviewing the M1 package, for the past 10 days, and the change of venue of the M2, I am hereby requesting a complete refund for both the M1 and M2 packages for the following reasons. (Summary Below Details)

I understand that by WMI forming an alliance with Axis Advisors (Axis) it was for the purpose of offering the availability of additional benefits to our prospects the ACCESS to the information being part of the M1 Package ... this was a great idea where we had no liability for the decision or the sales pitch.

However, since even the Executive Committee could not make the sales as advertised by WMI, or for whatever reason, the concept changed to offering the Axis service and having Axis tacking on the WMI Programs on top of the refinanced Mortgage that we are supposed to market.

Since it has appears that even the EC could not make enough sales by phone to be even close to the projected 6 figure income and might have been able to get Five figures working 60-80 hours a week and spending $1000.00 or more PER WEEK on 200 fresh leads ( and $5 each are the cheap leads)

THIS HAS GONE FROM A HOME BASED BUSINESS TO A SEMINAR BUSINESS IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT!

I am very disappointed that the M1 package as originally sold to me back in early February 2005 was not delivered by the kick-off date of March 1, 2005 as originally promised. In fact, it was not received until September 2, 2005. I have been very patient waiting for it but have made many inquiries about when it would be delivered and always got the story that it was in production and will be ready soon.

What is even more disturbing is that the International M2 Event that was to make Wealth Masters INTERNATIONAL, in actuality, was moved from the location I was sold on, the beautiful Caribbean port of Cancun, Mexico to the mundane Domestic site of Florida, U.S. of A. as well as changing the dates by a month, after I had made other arrangements. I will not pay $5995 for a trip to Florida and in addition pay the exorbitant prices for the airfare, hotel, meals, and drinks. I am also concerned about paying above available rates at the forced hotels and the splitting of the hotels for the attendees. After paying for the M2, I am told, 3-4 months later, that I cannot attend unless I pay those rates and stay at those hotels and by splitting the hotels; it is no longer a group event.

Back to the M1 Package as feared, the Package is just an advertisement that solicits more money from us to purchase what we were supposed to get in the original WMI M1 Package. We have already heard the sales pitch for joining WMI and many have used it for recruiting. we do not need to be recruited we have already paid good money for a real M1 Program Package not discs with nothing new and useful as sold There are 2 discs that hade some useful info, but not the depth we were lead to believe and one of them you can find out more information by listening to the subject INFOMERCIAL on FREE TV and the 8 discs we received, are considerably less than the original number, of WMI discs we were sold, plus Sandy Bodkin's Tax Series what we did receive of the Bodkin Series sells for $349, or less, on numerous places on the internetnot the $1,000 you advertised and recommended as the best in the business a must have! We were promised the full-blown $1,000 package but got the stripped down version.

We also did not receive the authors and the books and programs that were originally in the M1 Package that I signed on to get. Notable missing are Mark Victor Hanson's Chicken Soup series and his book, 4 CD set from Jerry Clark's Color Series and his book, Jeffrey Comb's More Heart than Talent series. Instead, there was only one section on one CD with Comb's information. Also missing was new information from Sandy Bodkin updated and exclusively for WMI, and invaluable information from Marc Brunner as promised. And as such, of your substitutes, I have no idea who Rob Bolick and Howard Kaplan are or their credentials for giving life-changing information in the M1 Package as was promised. They just solicit more money for their programs.

You're charging $1495 for Marketing material and advertisements? You're charging $5995 to go to a seminar in Florida? The International thing had flair to it ... Florida just made me think more ... and remember the DR. If I was so inclined, I could see and hear each and everyone of the speakers in the nearest big city Philly, for a heck of a lot less than $5995 and would not have to pay the exorbitant prices for hotel, meals, etc.

Additionally, I was sold on the idea that if I signed on and paid my monies before the kick-off date of March 1, 2005, I would be a Founding Consultant and I would be included on the WMI website with my picture and a write-up as a founding member in the section that has been under construction since my initial sign-up date in February.
*********************
FROM YOUR Marketing e-mail dated 2/28/05 @ 6:29 PM Addressed both the International Event and the Founding Consultant website entry.
This is what Pre-Launch will mean to you, Versus entry prices/levels at Launch:

1: You will save $600 by purchasing M1 to become a consultant with WMI.

2: You will save an additional $1,000 and be promoted to a Senior Consultant by purchasing your M2 ticket. The line-up for the International Event in Cancun, October 23-27, features investment legends with an average track record of over 25 years.

3: You will be a Founding Consultant. Your Bio and picture will be kept on the Wealth Masters website for everyone to see. This alone will add a huge amount of credibility for you in the future. As you talk to prospects they will know that you saw the vision and were a part of WMI from its birth.

Wealth Masters opportunity go to:

***********************
Therefore, since the contract that I had with, and paid to, Wealth Masters International, Inc. was not delivered in a timely manner or in it's entirety as I was sold and bought and due to the above and the details that go with it, after my review upon receipt ... I am requesting a complete refund of the M1 and M2 Package. Please provide an address for me to send the Material I received back to you.

IN SUMMARY:

After my review and evaluation after I received my M1 Package, I am asking for a complete refund of the M1/M2 Package Price on the basis of the reasons delineated in this e-mail and others as appropriate.
1. I have examined and reviewed the WMI M1 Package and do not approve of the contents being what I purchased.
2. I am not satisfied with the International M2 Event being held Domestically and in a place I have visited many times.
3. The M1 and M2 Package has become part of the Axis Advisor Plan.
4. WMI Agents are selling for Axis Advisors
5. I don't feel comfortable selling a Financial Product without the license to do so. (By pitching it, screening the applicants, and taking applications). There could be legal implications.
6. The M1 was NOT delivered in a reasonable time after purchase. (Received 9/2/05 beat-up and inside an envelope inside another envelope under a bush)
7. When the M1 was delivered, it was not as advertised by WMI.
8. The major authors and their works and books, I was sold on, were not included.
9. The Sandy Botkin Tax package sells for $349, or less, on several places on the internetnot the $1,000 you stated and sold me. I was expecting the full blown $1,000 package as promised.
10. Six (6) of the discs just elaborated on the marketing tools that were already available or tried to sell us on the alliances.
11. The Speakers that were included mainly advertised their services and products to get us to spend more money after paying already for something we did not receive.
12. The International M2 Package was actually changed to a Domestic location after I purchased the package without my consent or the ability to Opt-Out!
13. The Cost of lodging for the M2 has been commanded at a premium price through the WMI Reservation process, much higher than available using our own resources.
14. The commanded hotel was split to a second hotel supposedly due to limited space.
(This could have been a Marketing ploy and there will
be miraculous room at one hotel or the other for all.)
15. The International Event is no longer a group event with the attendees separated.
16. As a key Marketing Tool I paid up-front for the Founding Member page of the WMI Website and never got it therefore, I was never able to market the products. This is a good thing because, I wouldn't want to have marketed one thing and have delivered a much inferior product in an unreasonable amount of time.
17. Since even the EC could not make enough sales by phone to be even close to the projected 6 figure income and might have been able to get Five figures working 60-80 hours a week and spending $1000.00 or more PER WEEK on 200 fresh leads SEE Number 18
18. ALSO THIS HAS GONE FROM A HOME BASED BUSINESS TO A SEMINAR BUSINESS IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT!

Since I trusted you with my money for all this time without the product I purchased from you, please remit the full package price before September 15, 2005

Or through PayPal at
TrueDebtRelief@comcast.net

Along with my refund, please provide an address for me to send the complete M1 package back and cancel my M2 reservation.

With Respect and the wish of a prosperous future,

Make a Great Day,

Rick

AS you can see in his reply, he had to put other people down and basically called me a Follower. He mentions and puts down another company the possible vendetta will become obvious later in other publications.

He also DISREGARDS the Contract which clearly states a full refund before signing the Launch Final Documents in favor of the Policies and Procedures that have changed and can continue to change ... anyone in now, is subject to the CEO's whim to change the P&P's if you stand for that!

and of course the amenities of being there you will believe that with each new realization.

The others and the recorded conversation is even better!

I have asked the CEO to address the 18 concerns, just in case I have something incorrect or have mis-represented anything by virtue of a non-response to the concerns, he has agreed that they are indeed correct same with the other concerns in subsequent e-mails and the recorded conversation.

Dear Rick:

Your email reads very similar to 2 others we just received, but coming from you I was really surprised. This just does not seem to be your style. However, since we don't have a choice but to respond in kind, as spelled out clearly in our Policies and Procedures document (which you agreed to when you signed up as a Consultant, with your online web site agreement), once you come on board as a Consultant there are no refunds.

In addition, there are no refunds period on the M2. We moved the M2 to a Domestic event to avoid the comparsions with all of the scams out there that are getting shut down for tax evasion and hiding money. We operate in complete integrity and our Alliances are second to none. Have you asked XXX for complete refunds as well..look at how that is turning out for people. Rick, we are the good guys..and we will always do what is right.

Rick, I've always liked you, and believe you are a stand up guy. If others are leading you down this path then so be it I guess.
I wish you the best in life and will always be here to help you in anyway possible. WMI will always be here for you as well.

The other entry that looks and sounds like mine was submitted by another WMI Member and there are others that will be publishing shortly I have even gotten inquiries from a proclaimed Axis Advisor Employee.

I hope you enjoyed this reading the subsequent ones will be shorter and will deal with Contract Law, State Permits, performing Financial Services without a license, and the pros and CONS of consolidation with extra money thrown in on top, and how much you really are or aren't saving by doing so.

3: You will be a Founding Consultant. Your Bio and picture will be kept on the Wealth Masters website for everyone to see. This alone will add a huge amount of credibility for you in the future. As you talk to prospects they will know that you saw the vision and were a part of WMI from its birth.

FROM YOUR Marketing e-mail dated 2/28/05 @ 6:29 PM Addressed both the International Event and the Founding Consultant website entry.

All my best,

Kip

The other entry that looks and sounds like mine was submitted by another WMI Member and there are others that will be publishing shortly I have even gotten inquiries from a proclaimed Axis Advisor Employee.

I hope you enjoyed this reading the subsequent ones will be shorter and will deal with Contract Law, State Permits, performing Financial Services without a license, and the pros and CONS of consolidation with extra money thrown in on top, and how much you really are or aren't saving by doing so.

Rick
