I am a former employee of Wealth Systems,Inc. I worked there for almost 2 years. At least up until the time the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) came in on February 3, 2005 and shut down the company and appointed a receiver to take over until the matter was resolved in court.

Wealth Systems, Inc./The E-Commerce Network, Martin Wilson, Shane Roach, Jay Howard, Fredrick Smith, Don Gerstein, Nick Zimmerman, Kim Ogea, Tiffany Tipton, Amanda Briones, Tommy Roach, Danny Roach, Charm, Ryan Palmquist and all the crooked so-called Advertising Coaches: Jamie Price, Susan Felarca, Randle Price, Rich & Rob Royce, Carl Morris, Joseph Petersen, Tommy Holm, Martin's girlfriend Andreia "Jenna" Santos and the others and the Sales Reps. did nothing but take innocent people's money to put it into Martin Wilson's & Shane Roach's pockets.

Martin Wilson & Shane Roach drove beautiful cars with the money they made off people they sold their so-called "Business Opportunity" to. Very very nice Cadillac Escalades! Martin & Shane were hardly ever in the building on the 22nd floor because they were out on vacation: Vegas, Hawaii, Shane's trip to Florida to the Superbowl. They're pachecks were nice too! They made about $4,000 to $5,000 a week! Must be nice to be Martin Wilson & Shane Roach and making that much money weekly!

Martin Wilson even had his mother Carita Dickens on the payroll and paid her weekly even though she didn't actually work for the company! Even Martin's twin brother Marvin, owned his own fradulent company too, it was called: Millionaire Web Club. Http://www.millionairewebclub.com and they are now even shut down because Martin was affiliated with his brother's company and the FTC found out about that fradulent business opportunity too!

Wealth Systems, Inc./The E-Commerce Network were taken to court by the Federal Trade Commission in February 2005 and the end result is that they can no longer sell the Business Opportunity or sell any advertising to it's current Wealth Systems clients. I ended up losing my job there because they're no longer in business but I am glad they can no longer deceive people and take their money anymore! They even left 150 employees of Wealth Systems and the E-Commerce Network hanging because they never kept us informed on what was happening or going on with the company.

I have filed a claim with the Arizona Department of Labor because they owe me 2 paychecks they have not paid me from back in February when they got shut down by the FTC.

This Martin Wilson is NOT same Martin Wilson offering ZNZ. Read THIS - See the TRUTH

AUTHOR: Martin - ()

POSTED: Thursday, May 09, 2013

This is Martin Wilson who is offering the program with ZNZ. I do not know anyone named Shane Roach and I have no idea what “wealth systems e-commerce system” is. I have never been involved with anything like that.

I just put together a simple system to help people succeed with ZNZ and if you follow the instructions carefully you can do it for free and it REALLY pays off.

I don’t really understand when you see people  ADMITTING that they didn’t put in the effort or even follow the instructions, yet they are whining because they didn’t get rich for doing nothing. That is not how znz works and if that is what you are looking for, head on back to bed and return to dreamland.

NOTHING works unless you work it and ZNZ WORKS. I knew it from the first moment I saw it and I was right. The folks at ZNZ are the most honest that I have run into over the last 12 years of marketing online. They are trying to build good will and make sure that everyone is treated fairly and getting paid, BUT…

You have people who don’t do as instructed and then try to blame me or blame ZNZ. It is funny how this works for me and for MANY others, yet some people say it is a “scam” or  “it doesn’t work.” It DOES work and it works for everyone that will take it seriously and put in the effort. I have tried as hard as I can to make it easy for people, even putting together a system, at my own expense, that people can plug into and use for free. It cost me thousands to set this up and the only reason for that is so that people can enjoy the success I have.

Of course, if you want to believe the people who don’t take this seriously and don’t work at it, that is up to you, but ZNZ is VERY REAL and it WORKS if YOU do.

Martin Wilson is The Real Deal - FAR from a RipOff. Scroll All the way down & see TRUTH

AUTHOR: Drew - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, March 27, 2013

THIS report is FULL of Un-Truths - Scroll Down and Read Rebuttal

First of all, I CLEARLY tell people that the $25 payments on the video are from a DIFFERENT PROGRAM that I am involved in and have NOTHING to do with ZNZ. Apparently, this guy didn't hear that part, right!?

EVERYTHING pertaining to this program this is clearly and thoroughly covered in the main webinar and the videos and WRITTEN instructions under each step, I HIDE NOTHING. It is as though this person didn't even follow the instructions
at all or even pay attention to them.

I am NOT sure what they are talking about LOANS for or why this person is making slanderous statements that are TOTALLY supposition and conjecture.

If you have seen the webinar, then you know that this person is simply repeating what I already tell you about the offers EXCEPT for the fact that they are putting there own spin on it which again is TOTAL speculation of what THEY think might happen. AS YOU WILL NOTICE, the person who wrote this report is not saying that ANY of what they say "could happen" ACTUALLY DID happened to them because NONE of it did.

I make it CRYSTAL CLEAR that if you go past the end of the TRIAL PERIOD, you are obviously going to be charged. That is just common sense anyway. Quite frankly, if someone doesn't understand that the very nature of ANY free trial
is for you to become a customer. Therefore, OF COURSE if you go past the end of an offer trial period, they are going to charge you, duh!. It's in the terms of the offers that are shown to you BEFORE you can even take one.

I tell you that point blank on several occasions!

The statement about my email BankCashNow@gmail.com being untraceable is COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS. I help people ALL THE TIME and answer A LOT of emails and MY PHONE NUMBER is on the website.  ALL emails are "untraceable," but why would you need to trace mine, I GIVE IT TO YOU. It sure isn't "untraceable" to all the hundreds of people that email me and get an answer back.

ALSO... The person that filed this report OBVIOUSLY did not follow the instructions because he doesn't even know how it works at all, that is painfully clear by the ERRONEOUS things that he is spewing here.

If an individual is not capable of writing down on a CALENDAR the date of when an offer expires, which I tell you CLEARLY to do, then they DO NOT need to be doing ANY kind of home business. I mean, that is some seriously ELEMENTARY
STUFF. If one is not capable of following those simple instructions good luck to them.

This person didn't even try to do this and is reporting NOTHING adverse that happened to him. He just "believes" this should be reported, which is nonsense. I have talked to THOUSANDS of people who have lost thousands EACH on some sort of internet program, THOSE  programs should be reported.

Not one in which I GIVE YOU FOR FREE: A capture page, webinar page, autoresponder, prewritten emails, prewritten ads, training videos, on and on. ALL of which cost me money and tons of time to create and put up so that people will have the best opportunity possible.  I PAY FOR the website that I GIVE to people to use for FREE. I PAY FOR the hosting and bandwidth every month and charge NOTHING for it.

It is really sad that someone would spend so much time writing an erroneous report and blatantly spreading misinformation instead of taking positive action. This person didn't do the program, he didn't complete the program, he didn't utilize the resources, and did not suffer ANY loss.

I hope you avail yourself of the resources I offer and take positive action to improve yourself, unlike the writer of the report.

I am taking time to respond to this because I won't sit idly by while someone just MAKES UP issues that don't exist and makes FALSE CLAIMS. If this person would ACTUALLY work at something instead of making unfounded and opinionated
statements maybe they would have a life.

AUTHOR: Drew - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, June 01, 2012

To set this straight, I am not the Martin Wilson that this speaks of.

I offer a program online associated with ZNZ and it is totally legitimate.

I do not have a brother named Marvin, which I can obviously prove and have never been involved with the aforementioned

Two different companies same employees

AUTHOR: John - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, October 10, 2005

Sean give it a rest everyone in Arizona knows

how big of a ripoff your web based business has

become.Yes while it is true that wealth systems and save avenue are 2 different companies you are doing exactly what wealth systems did and that is to take as much money as you can, promise your clients an unachievable income and then push them off to customer service which is nothing more than a clients worst nightmare sitting on neverending hold being transferred in circles and outright lied to. I know I witnessed all of this firsthand. I urge all clients who have been ripped off by these hacks to call your credit card companies and request your money back for services unfullfilled also call the AZ attorney general the FTC,BBB or even better the Phoenix news investigators. Dont let these hacks get rich by lying about how much money you will make with their business. This is dedicated to you Sean Moriarty,Paul Howard,Ryan Palmquist, Corey Walker all of you are dinosaurs in the sales business and need to just get out of the industry before you ruin it for everyone. Save Avenue is located at 3200 n Hayden Rd. in Scottsdale, AZ.

wealth systems is not Save Avenue

AUTHOR: Sean - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, October 09, 2005

To set the record straight SAVE AVENUE HAS NO AFFILIATION WITH WEALTH SYSTEMS, Martin Wilson, or Shane Roach. Whole Sale Wealth Systems was a name created by the former founder, Jamie Brown. The name change was already in progress in July of 2004 and completed in January of 2005.Mr Brown refused to change the name of the business.

I nor any of my partners are associated with Wealth Systems or any of it's partners. In fact the only correspondence between Save Avenue and Wealth Systems occurred when Wealth Systems sent a letter to Wholesale Wealth Systems to expedite the name change which was already in progress.
The name change from Whole Sale Wealth Systems to Save Avenue was completed in January of 2005.The services we offer are far different from what Wealth Systems represented.
We build and provide E Commerce Webstores at an affordable price. Where other companies charge hosting fees, merchant account fees and other monthly and yearly renewals we offer stores at a very affordable price with no monthly overhead costs ever! Clients sell our virtual ware house of products and also sell their very own products with no monthly or yearly overhead! Ebay and other auction sites have become a very successful avenue for our client base who explore the vast potential our services provide.Save Avenue has invested a tremendous amount of money in research to provide better products and services for our client base. This will always be our goal; To provide the very best product services and price for people looking to make a part time income in their spare time.

Sincerely,

Sean Moriarty

Still in business just changed the name to Save Avenue

Shane Roach Ryan Palmquist Sean Morriarty

They still all have jobs, pulling the same scams and same high pressure tactics in advertising.
and the employees are still just as innocent.

Yeah they are good salesmen all right because they have us buying every word.
Hook line and sinker.

I worked for save avenue, and I believed in the company. Till proof undeniably was staring me in the face. When I questioned them about it, they fired me only according to them, I quit. They asked me to leave and said I quit. Was ready to any way. I cant intentionally work for someone like them. When I found out what happened back in Feb. Well lets just say I am not surpised because they are doing the same thing now.

I just want to know how they could be allowed to re-arrange the title structure-same people and be allowed to reopen in the same week. Under a new name.
