Now you keep claiming this crap? I stole nothing, i left for the weekend as I did previous weekends and you stranded me, then called the cops. Are you bipolar?

We reported the laptop stolen BECAUSE YOU STOLE IT FROM US. Plain and simple. No bones about it. You took it, you know I leased it for you ON THE JOB, you know we asked for it back on your termination and you KNOW the POLICE told you to return it or else.

We COULD have made this criminal. You know it. But all we wanted was the property back so we could return it to Aarons Leasing. Once it was returned we thought it was ended until you started your usual stalking (see rip off reports for Jeff Paris, Zerofunk, and phpl33t) (google jeff paris scam or zerofunk scam). The pattern is always the same with you (as history tells).

You use multiple names and email addresses to make what you say seem real. You file stuff and you then file as a consumer, or an innocent bystander, or another victim. It's your known pattern.

You know, reading your stuff is like a bad novel. It has blackmail, fraud, theft, lies, deciet, and so much intrigue. Somehow, the villan can blackmail companies with impunity, rip off consumers, perpetrate frauds, swindle, con, and on and on without the law getting involved.

How is that possible?

Sure, you've managed to damage Web Media. This site has made it easy for you. Just goes to show what everyone keeps saying - you are a vindictive little boy.

I have a few emails I don't post up here because doing so would only lower me to your level of play. These emails are from your ex-wife and ex-girlfriend. The same ex-wife whom you say I didn't pay for a logo (which, BTW, is another lie. She did get paid).

I know they are telling you whatever you want to hear, Jeff. They HAVE to. If I published these emails people would know why. But, I won't.

Just be advised that all of this crap you have done to ruin me, personally, and my company, in general, will have a way of coming back to you.

Let's also look at his testimonials. No customer links or email addresses. In fact, Tim Allen even left a comment. Wow, I love that TV Show!

What about his portfolio? It consists of cropped screenshots of random websites, including the YouTube Clone that is available for $30 bucks on numerous websites. The forex screenshot is from pirated software. I should know, he asked me to remove the copyrights from it. Gamesiteonline.com? I initialy coded it, but he was not smart enough to hack real portal technology and went with PHPARCADE, which he sells illegally. The site stat counter that he offers, he actually purchased from a web store and is illegally offering it to customers for 1500% more that what he paid for it. I should know, he demanded me to remove the copyrights and fix the security. The authorities can verify this by reviewing his paypal records. Also, they will find that he got his high Digital Point itrader rating by making numerous sales and purchases of pirated software, games, and videos.

I suggest that someone setup a honey pot and ask for a large project for about 5 grand or more. Then, see what happens! In fact, you can ask for something like the youtube clone and then have a group of php professionals examine it and see that he used pirated or open source software.

Mike now attacks my family and company with opinions and speculation since I blew the whistle. So, I am posting the facts. I can back up everything I say, because I have backups of his entire servers from when I worked there. That is why he reported my laptop that he bought me as stolen, because of the evidence I had on it.... I transfered all evidence, server logs, and communications logs to my new PC that I bought from the same company he reported the laptop stolen too. In fact, I am one of their favorite customers now! :) I keep them on a DVD in a secure location now.

Gulfport Police just verified that Mike Mann lied about charges that he says I have against me. In fact, they said my record is clean as a whistle. I was never a suspect and they said you are a liar and that is a crime in itself, to claim cahrges when there are none.

I live 3 states away and the car I had, I sold the parts when i moved here so I could get a deposit on a house. So, how exactly did you see my car at the scene? I guess I pushed it .... since it has no steering collumn and almost every engine part was sold.

Mike, stop trying to frame me, I am a legal eagle. My customers come first, I don't get down to YOUR LEVEL. Hence, why you have been in Tennessee prison 3 times and I have never even been questioned for a thing.

Keep lying about me and I will talk to Gulfport about some of your non-so legal lifestyle choices. Then I will sue you for libelous statements.

You are the scam artist. Not me. Things said by the Desrochers were appologized for and they and I have come to peace. They said things in anger, as did I. They also never provided any proof to bakup anything they said about me. They also removed it all from their site after we negotiated a "peace treaty" of sorts.

Well, as is common from Jeff, he has spammed our email boxes, used information he knew about me to hijack my primary email address, send emails out to people i do business with and hijack and destroy a server we developed on.

This man is dangerous and he is wanted by the police in Gulfport for questioning in a breaking and entering.

As of now he is also wanted for questioning for using SQL injections and finally, hacking a development server.

This is the caliber of the man trying to damage our company. Thankfully, he has little effect on people who do business with us and only costs us people who listen to his rants.

This man is dangerous. Do a google search for jeff scam (just to nake one) and you'll see several rip-off reports dating from 2004! That's right -2004.

I worked for Mr. Mann. It was to be my big break. Boy was I wrong. Where to start.

1. His office is a modest discount office in Gulfport, Ms, Usa.

2. His staff are his illegal alien wife, daughter, and sons. None have any formal education in the IT business and they have no development skills.

3. Mr. Mann's overseas partners blacklisted him for not paying them.

4. I, his only true developer in the states, quit after non payment.

5. Mr. Mann has his wife browse scriptlance and other freelancing sites for jobs they can grab. They then convince the people to do business away from the escrow service.

6. Mr. Mann takes stolen software and open source software to sell to customers under his name.

7. The casino software he sells is actually not his, he blackmailed it out of his prior employer, Recreational Management Group LLC and also from Salus Technologies of India. He has no developers for this buggy software.

8. Mr. Mann does not hold your deposits in a fund of any kind. He quickly pulls it out of paypal or western union and spends it. His business account is nearly always under $400 USD.

9. Mr. Mann has a criminal history in Bank Fraud and Drug Abuse.

10. Mr. Mann often cusses out customers when they question where their products are after being late by many months.

11. Mr. Mann hides behind the District Attorney, and often sets up fake evidence to get people off his back.

12. WebMediaProjects.Com has never ever completed a project legally.

13. Mr. Mann knows that international customers will just chalk up their money to a loss instead of taking expensive legal action.

14. Mr. Mann is on probation for the drungs and back fraud.

15. Mr. Mann Has basic linux skills and basic html skills. No more than that. I worked with him for 3 years, I should know.

16. Mr. Mann often threatens the safety of those who do not do exactly as he asks. Especially employees. He is dangerous.

PS: I have never had any legal trouble other than a speeding ticket. Mr. Mann is a liar. When I left working for Mike, I moved to Tennessee that day and my 1991 camaro died. I was stranded there. I am actually taking legal action against Mr. Mann For these allegations. I have broken into no offices, this is blackmail, something Mike knows a lot about.

The damge in this kind of report is that you are guilty until proven otherwise and even then, guilty.

Jeff did, in fact, come to work for our company from his previous employment wherein he was, according to him, living on Ramen Noodles. I was contacted by his former employer who asked me to help Jeff because he was starving and he had some programming skills and we can always use programmers.

We gave Jeff draws from company cash for 3 weeks so that he could survive to the tune of over $1400. His function was to code various web applications for clients which he never did. (see a report on here filed by Nick Burrett regarding our company and Jeff Paris and read the rebuttal).

Jeff met a woman on the internet and began taking long trips to Tennessee to woo her with his new found wealth (on our draw money) and the third week he was with us and wasn't working we fired him. This infuriated Jeff, who has a history of flaming people on the internet as his form of attack. So, he snuck into our office one night and stole a company laptop and refused to return it until the police tracked him down in Tennessee and threatened a felony theft charge whereupon he returned the laptop and all was forgiven, we thought. (Officer J. Vaughn, Gulfport Police Department)

We started receiving flame emails from Jeff and he began contacting our clients when we would enter public bids and ranted and raved about what SOB's we were and how we had ripped him off.

A few weeks later our offices (and 4 others) were broken into and NOTHING WAS STOLEN EXCEPT TWO COMPUTERS FROM OUR OFFICES.

Well, officer J. Vaughn was again the investigating officer since everyone KNEW who had broken into these offices and Jeff was named the primary suspect (fingerprints were lifted from an adjoining office and a car lot video captured Jeff's automobile in the parking lot). Jeff is now wanted for questioning in this multiple felony theft (Gulfport Police Report #07-046058). Of course, Jeff is nowhere to be found.

While I do admit that I am not an "internet technology" guru, I have been computing since 1972 and have run Web Media Projects as a DBA and later, a class C corporation chartered in the State of Mississippi. My forte is in a general understanding of internet technology and software applications and I EMPLOY people who are experts in their respective fields.

We have two suites located on Pass Road in Gulfport and, while mainly administrative offices, they are quite ample for our needs and are in a brand new building.

The remainder of his rant is just that - a rant. His intent is to cripple or damage our business and myself personally as well as my family. (note his reference to my wife of 22 years being an illegal immigrant from Pakistan).

We have never 'blackmailed' any company and the software we own at oneshuffle.net was part of a written severance package when I left RMG.

We do, as Jeff states, require deposits on projects we contract for and we have, in the 400 or so projects we've built for clients, had occasion to refuse a refund of a deposit. To this date we've had a grand total of TWO complaints and one of those is from a client that JEFF bilked and tried to lay off on our company.

I do not commit bank fraud. This is ridiculous. Our company offices are REGISTERED in our state, my address is widely known and I am in the office nearly every day of the week. If I were commiting Bank Fraud I am certain the authorities would have caught up to me.

Jeff, on the other hand, and as stated above, hides behind the internet, flames people who he has a problem with and IF he were to disclose his location the police would be at his door instantly. In fact, I challenge him to come forward and contact officer Vaughn and use the report number I have provided above.

In sum, I hate to engage in this type of wasted productivity, but this report is highly inflammatory and will cost me clients and undue anguish. Unfortunately, this site is one that damages and you have no recousrse against a person who hides.

Frankilin, Ohio, which is his tag-line, is his mothers house and trust me, the police have tried to find him there. So, he hides and snipes.

I am sorry to have had this happen and I hope for the ones who can see behind the junk pushed by Jeff that this will not affect our business relationships.
