weekend only south county NEVER BUY FROM WEEKEND ONLY ITS A RIP OFF st louis, Missouri

i bought a bed an numerous other items and this morning the bed broke(have only had this bed for 3 months)i look under only to find that when they delivered it they failed to put it together all the way, so the slats broke and i found the 3  legs that were suppose to be installed were under the bed on the right hand side not where they were suppose to be they should have been screwed into each of the 3 slats that are now broke since they failed to install them,

 so i called and was told that i was responsible for the 65 and hour repairs and there was nothing they would do even though i feel if they didn't properly put the bed together which i paid for them to do then it would not have broken, the first lady i talked to was rude and then the so called manager she put me on the phone with was even worse, i asked her how it was my responsibility to pay for their  mistake to which she replied there was nothing she could do and was also extremely rude also the tv stand i bought was damaged when it was delivered but i thought not big deal since the damage was to the back of it, now they state they stand behind their products and i know that's not true and i cant get in touch with anyone who was helpful or even apologized for their mistake,

i don't see how i have to pay for something to be fixed when it was broken due to their shoddy and careless installation of the bed, if it was put together properly and broke then i would be happy to pay for the repair but when you didn't install it and it broke that makes you responsible and the rude unhelpful customer service didn't help i will never buy anything from this company again and the customer service is horrific if this is what they call standing behind their product its a joke, what a horrible was to run a business, all i was asking is for you to fix what wouldn't had broken if it was put together properly by your people
