 BEWARE of this company!! I went through a dealer to get Wellborn Forest cabinets and paid up front over 13k. The dealer that was representing Wellborn Forest, has abandoned my kitchen remodel refusing to give me several cabinets/drawer fronts and drawer boxes that I have paid for. The dealer is Cedar Field Cabinetry in Tyrone, GA and the company Architect name the dealer works under is Argelia Julian Architect Architecture Interior Design Planning, Inc.

I have contacted Wellborn Forest and spoke with the Regional Sales Rep., Derrick, the VP of Sales, Harry and left a voicemail that was never returned for the President of the company, Steve.

They are refusing to assist me in obtaining the rest of the cabinets that I paid for. The Regional Sales Rep said I needed to "make nice" with the dealer who refused to return any of my phone calls, text messages and emails, to get my cabinets.

Although I have paid for their product, they refuse to me help b/c they say I am not their customer. These cabinets have a lifetime limited warranty and they will not even bother with that. I cant even get so much as a touch-up kit from Wellborn Forest which the dealer has even refused to give me!!

Please use caution when selecting cabinets and DO NOT purchase from Wellborn Forest. Their customer service is non-existent all the way up to the President level.

You may indeed been ripped off by the cabinet dealer.  However, you received an itemized list of what you ordered, just verify what is on the list.  

Many homeowners think they can design and order all the pieces necessary to complete a project. You may not have ordered a touch up kit or drawer fronts, etc.  Check you invoice.  If you really didn't get these things, why didn't you just file in Magistrate Court?  

The possible bad guy is not Wellborn Forest, it may be the dealer.  It would be like getting mad at the Ford Motor Company because of something the dealer did.  They will redirect you back to the dealer.

I am a Wellborn Forest dealer and have ordered Wellborn Forest cabinets for 10 years.  They are a solid company with great cabinets.  They range in construction from "builder grade" to "very high end".  Different clients want different price points.

To slam the company of Wellborn Forest is totally misdirected.  If you have a ligitimate injustice, go to the courts against the dealer.

You "anonymous" claiming this is a false report obviously have NO clue about customer service and reputation in business. I am sure you work for Wellborn Forest. There is a reason, and now I know why, the two families spilt into two companies-Wellborn Cabinets and Wellborn Forest, the first having the better reputation.

This is a person representing Wellborn Forest and selling their product that THEY authorized to sell. This is their reputation on the line as well b/c this person is installing their product and holding themselves out as a Wellborn Forest dealer. You can't "make nice" with someone who stole your money and your cabinets. to even suggest such is just lacking common sense.

And by the way, the President's Assistant told me to leave him a voicemail directly b/c she wanted him to know about the situation and respond. 

If, as a cabinet company, they can't even supply someone who spent 14k on their cabinets a touch-up kit, there is something sadly wrong with their customer service.

Get your head out of your rump!! Its obvious that the contracter is the one you have to go after. It wouldnt matter how many years you have a warrenty for. The seller of the cabnets sold a full set to the person you had doing the job. THEY CANNOT HONOR A WARRENTY WHEN THE SITUATION IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRENTY!!! I mean really. How shallow and stupid are you?? The cabnet company didnt rip you off. The company you hired to instal did. So why post a negative review on a company that HAS ZERO LIABILITY IN THIS INSTANCE!!! I can tell you why. Youre looking for someone to blame. Well how about placing the blame on the two parties that had control. YOU AND THE COMPANY YOU HIRED.

Yet another fake report from someone looking for someone to blame for their own mistakes. The rep was right. Swallow your pride and make nice with the installer and get your cabnets. Otherwise you only have yourself to blame for the descion to hire the ppl you did, to do the job.

also, exactly who do you think you are that the president of a company is going to return your call?? Its not his job to handle customer service issues. The customer service dept told you what they could and couldnt do. Why would you think that the president of the company is going to give a d**n about a situation they have no control over?? Oh, thats right, youre looking for ppl to blame. Well good luck with your cabnets. Unless you plan on playing nice, then I would suggest that you get used to holes in your kitchen.
