wells fargo bank, wells fargo home mortgage, Wells Fargo Fraud on HMC's has 600 plaintiffs in Southern California, Internet
*Consumer Comment: Wellsfargounpaidovertime,
*Author of original report: WELLS FARGO SINKS TO NEW LOW WITH THEIR DEATH PROFITS
*Consumer Comment: GLOBAL ALERT: WELLS FARGO HAS $17 BILLION IN 'SECRET LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES' ON ITS CURRENT & FORMER EMPLOYEES.......
Arrogant Wells Fargo Bank executives: JohnV. Kordich, Mitch Redden and Neil
Patton thumb their noses at the California laborlaws. Over 600 HOME MORTGAGE CONSULTANTS in Southern Californiahave filed lawsuits againstWells Fargo Bank. Neil Patton is known for saying," WE HAVE SWAGER" He and his staff is showing so mutch swager 600 of their employees have filed lawsuits for various California laborcode violations including:
not paying employees for up to 2 months after they resign; not paying or underpaying business expences for W2 employees, refusing to pay proper overtime according to califoria labor law and mostdispicable; causing delaysin clients loan processingso the clients have to pay for a second appraisal and they also deduct money from the originators earningsfor unsound reasons. The greed level of this middle management run wild as theyshare a % of all the money they can bilk from their employees and clients.GREED IS GOOD!! AND GREED AND SWAGER MUST BE EVEN BETTER!!!!! MONEY NEVER CARES WHO IT BELONGS TOO!!!!
These men with swager as they say do not show favorites;they don't care who they rippoff; customers or employees it's all money for them.
The management team of Redden, Kordich and Patton create adminstration issues so they can drag out the clients loan processing and find reasons to charge the customer more and then blame it on the HMC and pay them nothing for working onthe file. The customer gets so worn out they end up taking whatever theyget after a grueling 90 to 120 day process.
Real Estate Brokers in Southern California cringe if Wells Fargo Mortgage Home Mortgage is trying to close the loan for their home buyers. Bob Prestwood a California Real Estate Broker sence 1993 says," I did 6 purchase loan transactions
in 2010 where Wells Fargo Home Mortgage was the lender and 5 of the 6 loans went weeks past the closing date. These are not hard loans to process...it truly appears either they are extremely bad or they have a cleaver process to bilk the customer. Either way they seem to make more money; the customer pays more and all the real estate professionals have to work harder.
Wells fargo Bank Management seems to be in the news a lot lately. They are now appealing a lawsuit they lost where it was proven they ripped off customers staging the cashing sequence of check processing so the bank would charge the customer many morefees.
When BANK OF AMERICA AND OTHER BANKS STOPPED FORCLOSURES; THE HEAD OF WELLS FARGO SAID THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS WITH THERE PROCESS. HE KNEW OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN HIS PROCESS WAS FLAWED AND WELLS FARGO ADMITTED SO 3 WEEKS LATER. DOES ANYONE AT WELLS FARGO TELL THE TRUTH?
WELLS FARGO BANK'S MODE OF OPERATION IS PROVEN TO BE ONE SCAM AFTER ANOTHER. THEIR MANAGEMENT HIDES BEHIND THE LOGO AND THEIR 4EXTREMELY LEGAL DEPARTMENT.I GUESS IF THEY STEAL $10,000,000 AND PAYOUT $5,000,000 THEY, " HAVE SWAGER" AS AREA MANAGER NEIL PATTON SAYS.
