After Attempting ( 3 times) to set the automatic payment on my Car I finally drove to their mysterious office in Pleasanton, CA to hand out the form to the Manager and get his discharge form.

it is to Note that  all that time the only way to set it up is to fill the form and mail i in. and the answer i will always get is that they never recive the form. For 2 years everything went well until i got ID theft .
I decided  to reset it again and after 3 new attempts by mail , I called a lady in who accepted the fax and an email attachment. after it was done, I called her to check and everything was ok intil 3 months down the road i have accumulated $172 fees and they claimed the form was not clear enough for them, Thus they never set up the Auto payment.

I want the fees waved and they are resisting. The first time I gave up this time i am not.
