wells fargo leasing I purchased a tractor on 9/9/2016 and after down payment owed 8639. The contract stated I owed 8924.72 which included 250 for a processing fee, 35.72 for a UCC fee and an additional charge 285.72 for a total of 8924.72 I owed. Des Monines Internet

*I received a letter from Wells Fargo on 10/16 stating I was to provide proof of insurance or be billed 19.99 a month for their coverage. I contacted WF customer service on 10/17 via telephone and informed them as a military I used USAA and they providled liability under my home owners. I was told I still needed to send a document from USAA reflecting coverage. I then asked for WF to provide me a pay off amount. I had made payments of 350.00 on 10/18 and 1000 on 10/19 . A week went by and still no pay off amount. I contacted WF again and was finally emailed an amount I didnt agree too for it was much in excess of what I owed. I received another email for the amount of 7704.72 which was final pay off. I directed my bank to pay this amount which was completed on 10/28/16 which resulted in my payment of 9154.72 to satisfy my debt of 8924.72. This was the amount I pay over the 7 weeks since I had financed the equipment. I had financed with 4.95% interest. Six weeks of interest should be approximately $54.00I In all total I paid $126.00 and deducting the approximately 55 interest I should have had a credit of $71.00. I called today 12/1 and asked when I was to receive my statement reflecting my debt obligation complete. I was told that I still owed 59.84 for insurance. I spoke to two different representatives and both told me that this is what was owed for insurance but when I asked what was the amount of insurance cost per month I was billed I was told they did not know. This is a rip-off that WF has completed as I know if I dont pay I will have a mark on my credit report that would take me more effort than this amount to correct. I would strongly caution anyone from using any financing from WF. *

Don't mind TGY or any of the other psychopath on here who tries to defend wells fargo or any other bad business. They say its your fault that you got rip-off and not ever the business. The business is never wrong or do they never cause you a financial hardship. They are all FULL OF THEMSELVES.

Beware of Ashley hawthorne and chaz hawthorne. They were made for each other two psychopath's. Her husband chaz hawthorne never worked at a bank in his life and was promoted to a wells fargo manager with in two months of working at the desk and window teller.
OF COURSE THE HUMAN RESOURSES DEPARTMENT REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CHAZ HAWTHORNE WORKED AT THE WINDOW. HE TOOK A DEPOSIT FOR ME SO I KNOW THAT WAS A LIE. MY WELLS FARGO ACCOUNT WAS WRONGFULLY CLOSED TO.
ASHLEY HAWTHORNE WAS DEFAMATING OUR CHARACTER TO OTHER WELLS FARGO EMPLOYEE. BECAUSE THEIR WAS ANOTHER WOMAN WITH HER ON THE DAY SHE FILED FALSE HARASSMENT CHARGES AGAINST MY MOTHER. ON 05/14/2012.
And then on 05/03/2015 our account was compromised, I'M SURE ASHLEY HAWTHORNE IS THE ONE WHO COMPROMISED IT AND DISABLED OUR ONLINE ACCESS. SO THEY CLOSED THE ACCOUNT, WE OPENED A NEW ONE WHICH WE WAS INSTRUCTED TO DO BY WELLS FARGO.
ALL THE DIRT BAG LOW LIFE SCUM AT WELLS FARGO DID WAS RUN US AROUND. THEN WE FINALLY GET THE NEW ACCOUNT OPEN, MOMENT BE HOLD THEIR WAS ASHLEY HAWTHORNE IN THE BANK WHICH SHE DOESN'T EVEN WORK AT.
ITS NOT LIKE WE CAME FROM THE STREET AND KNEW SHE WAS IN THE BANK TO HARASS HER. WE WAS TAKING CARE OF OUR OWN BANKING BUSINESS. AND SHE HAD NO RIGHT TO INTERFERE. SHE ALSO MADE A FALSE 911 CALL AND MADE A FALSE POLICE REPORT BECAUSE WHILE WE WAS THERE TWO POLICE CAME IN THE BANKE.
AND WE NOTICED THEY WASN'T TAKING CARE OF ANY BANK BUSINESS.
THEN I CALLED TO CHECK THE BALANCE BEFORE I WENT TO PURCHASE SOMETHING. AND GOOD THING I DID BECAUSE I WOULD HAD BEEN EMBARASSED BECAUSE THEY TOLD US THE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED. WE COMPLAINED ABOUT IT.
AND AROUND 07/05/2015 WE RECEIVED A THREATENING COPY FROM DANE CHAMBERS TELLING US OUR ACCOUNTS WAS CLOSED BECAUSE ASHLEY HAWTHORNE HAD LIED TO HIM SAYING WE WAS HARASSING HER. BUT THEY THOUGHT THEY WERE BEING PRETTY SMART BY NOT TELLING IT IN WRITING.

Several days ago I filed a report about my experiences with WellS Fargo Leasing. Eseentially I provided details about my account and an issue I had with WF about a erroneous charge regarding insurance coverage. I am happy to announce that as a result of my report filed with RipOffreport.com that I received a phone call from a WF Leasing customer service representative who was able to resolve my issue with WF by removing the insurance charge and forwarding a letter to me that reflected that my account had been closed in good standing. I am appreciated of RipOff and Wells Fargo Leasing for their attention to my need. My discussion with the WF representative reflected their desire to keep me as a customer and to insure that any issues I had were dealt with timely and fairly. I thank their Department for their support.

No where in your post do you tell us that YOU did send them the information THEY have requested. If YOU did not send them PROOF OF INSURANCE that was requested then YES!!! They are going to buy 3 months of insurance since YOU did not provide any proof. So HOW is this on THEM for YOUR FAILURE to provide the information requested? Do you expect them to just believe YOU?? I dont care WHO YOU ARE!!!!IF YOU failed to do YOUR part then its NOT A RIPOFF!!!
