we doing business since last 2 years and our credit card merchant service was fnms but we get trouble from them so we went to local branch to switch the company to wells fargo merchant service. the manager beatric waddel at klin creek , newport news,va. wells fargo branch send the representative from wells fargo merchant service

mr.ned atkins :
code : MACR 3513-010 to settle account with wells fargo..as he came we say we want good deal he say ok i will give you good price just give me your previous month statement and we give him a st...very next day he came and drop the contract for sign...i was not at the store . then when i call him he say sign it and send to bank i fix you at lower rate so i just trust on his word and sign it and send to bank...

after 3 days we received a lease paper from first data globel leasing that was 4 ( four ) year lease on terminal at $ 39.99 a month...now here i was paying $ 10 rent to previous merchant service and that was mention in my statement which was taken by that rep from me on first day he visit. so where is good deal ? when i ask him in how much time i can cancelled the service ? he say 90 days...

i was went to my bank not to first data...and he didnot tell us...after that when i call him he never pick the phone. i was paying average charges by 1.45 % and he put me in 1.96 % i saw when i receive first statement. for all this i call to mr. jason manager of wells fargo merchant service on 469-263-2388 but he never reply of my voicemail....i call to ceo john stumpf office on 866-249-3302 not less then 4 times but not satishfied..

so we close our all bank account and switch the merchant service and after that when i call to wells fargo merchant service for cancellation the customer service say your account will be debited by $ 500 early closing i say still we are in time of 90 days ... what the representative say .... but the lady told me that it is only 60 days and still you have terminal lease for 4 years with another company...so everybody in wells fargo are big liers....

after that we call to the terminal company first data globle leasing to take their terminal back they say we will send you details but your lease will be still continue. we are wonder that how the ceo keep continue the employees who are giving wrong information to the client to get the commission or may be ceo also involve in all this bad things.
