wells fargo wells fargo home mortgage perfect credit ruined when they put me in a deferment plan that I did not qualify for! des moines, Iowa

I had perfect payment and credit score of about 720 plus, well I found out  recently  that when I called them to ask for a modification and they put me in a forbearance for 3 months which I did not need, then said I could apply for a modification after that. Then your company hit my credit report with deficiency reports for 3 months, then when I called
to apply for the mod (like they said I could), they told me I do not qualify).

So why did they look at my credit and payment history and decide to ruin my payment and credit history.  So now no one will want to refi or do a mod with me! Does anyone have any responsibility there to protect their account holders. I need for a manager to look at this
and tell me why they did this to me! Just found out that mods are only for people having payment problems, that was not me? Even reps at the company agreed that I did not qualify for a deferment and that they should have never put me in one. Avoid this company if you can. They are so big, the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. They are very confused and will only help you MAKE THINGS WORSE! THEY ARE EXPERTS AT THAT!
