I ordered some products from Wen Hair Care about 2 months ago.  I ordered what I felt was a one time shipment at a discounted price.  I didn't realize they were going to keep billing me for products I never got.

I received a letter today stating that they had attempted to bill my credit card and it was declined.  I have only gotten items from them once which was two months ago.  That order was paid by my card which is why it was shipped in the first place.

I sent customer service a message today and was told by them I owe them $101 and some change.  For what???  I paid for an order over two months that was nowhere near that price.  What am I paying them for??  I didn't order anything else and I've certainly not received anything else.

I don't owe them anything and feel they should not be expecting me to pay them once cent.  I have contacted the BBB regarding these scam artists.  Be aware and do yourself a favor and never oder from them.  The products are lousy and they will not leave you alone!!

Hello – Our team is here to assist.   We would like to clarify the information around your billing and shipments.  Your initial WEN shipment is a $29.95 for the basic kit.  After approximately 4 weeks, and then every 12 weeks thereafter, you will be sent a new extra large supply and the card you provided when you ordered will be charged unless you call to cancel.  If you ordered online, this information was provided in your cart at checkout.  If you ordered by phone, the customer service rep who took your order would have reviewed the terms with you.  This information is also included in your shipments.  Please contact our Corporate Customer Service Escalation Team here: http://www.wen.com/lp/cet so that we can look into the status of your account and assist further.
