Nearly SIX months past sale with no registration paperwork received by county tag office. TWO temp tags expired. Parked vehicle pending outcome. Made contact with dealership personnel twice weekly since Jul 2015. No progress in locating title. No one at this dealership will take ownership! Horrible customer service and exhausting experience!! Consumers BEWARE!

Real Advice

You have two basic options.

1st Be a Real Jerk: Take a small cooler with drinks and lunch. Walk up to the receptionist, ask to see the Sales Manager. Regardless of her answer don't move untill the sales manager greets you. Make sure you overhear all conversations at the counter and incomming phone calls. Make sure to be polite and friendly. It makes it really hard to have the police eject you when you are calm and polite.

Then if the salesmanger is dumb enough to invite you into his office: sit down and regardless of what he says, tell him you will wait for your paper work and you are comfortable where you are.

If he calls the cops: File a complaint in front of him under the law listed below. Do it in front of him when the cops show up. Be polite to everyone. Stay calm and smile a lot because you are messing with their day in a huge way.

2010 Georgia Code
TITLE 43 - PROFESSIONS AND BUSINESSES
CHAPTER 47 - USED MOTOR VEHICLE AND USED MOTOR VEHICLE PARTS DEALERS

2nd File a complaint with the police as above. If they say it a civil matter ask them to review the above law and if it applies to your situation. Be polite and mild manered at all times. ou want the cop to help you.

Final word have fun, take your family, Feed the kids lots of sugar ;)
