Wes-State Mortgage, Inc. Sold "work at home packages" which were nothing but a welcome letter and ordering forms Eugene Oregon

Wes-State Mortgage, Inc. advertises work from home plans and packages but that is not what they send.
I ordered a work from package that was "supposed" to include post cards on which I was to affix labels and postage. However, when the package arrived, it contained forms on which to place future orders, a welcome letter, and a sample card - for $99.00.
There is nothing in the package for $99.00 that would generate any kind of income. When I returned the package and requested a refund, they said that that had to hold the refund until my check cleared the bank (8/14/09). My check cleared my bank on 7/15/2009.
These are clearly rip off and scam artists so beware before sending money for any of these plans/programs.
