It does not matter who eats top ramem, who has a man at home or not or who can or can not spell. It does not matter if Rose looks and smells like a man. It doesn't even matter that someone finally gave her what she had coming when he beat her bad enough to be arrested.

The subject was lost many posts ago.

The fact is that Rose posted a report and I am sure she is sorry that she did!! She wrote it to vent and did not expect what happened next. It was not factual and she posted names when she shouldn't have because she was desperate. If she has a case it will be settled in court. If she can prove that she has/had a drivers license and was mistreated she will be compensated. If not she will be counter sued and never have anything which will not change her circumstances. The TV talk show associated with this report takes cases to humiliate people and poor Rose has stooped that low for a dollar. We all must pity and pray for her and let this go!!!

This site is designed for people that have been honestly screwed over by a company and can't get any results..not a cheap ghetto excuse to hurt people. This was nothing short of ghetto fabulous!! Real people need real help in most cases.

This whole thing has hurt innocent people and feelings have been hurt. Some people have something to loose and others don't, but this has to stop.

Please limit your posts to helping Rose prove her case as an actual/factual witness for her or to help defend the people named in the original report.

First of all if Rose "Stinky-Grey Beard" McCalister did not want her business out here she would not have started this mess in the first place. No one forced her to start this post and no one cared about any of this, and we still don't.

Second, what gives you or her the right to post anyone's name on the internet making serious accusations and not expect anyone to respond? If she had kept it anonymous it would have stayed that way! What was she expecting????

Thirdly any legitimate business would have the name of their company flagged to be informed for dumb shit like this. The company has a right to respond and so does anyone else that Rose ran around telling about this report.

Number four (are you keeping up?) someone really kicked her ass, for which I am sure she deserved and she should waste her energy on that!!! The girl worked a split shift and sat in the breakroom for 5 hours everyday picking at anyone that passed but she was harrassed?? Everyone here was so sick of her and so glad she is gone.

You have no idea what reports or investigations have been made or filed. You have no idea what videos or recordings have been made. Nor do you know what really goes on here except for what you have been told. What dummy wouldn't just share their side of the story with you. You just sit around and listen to sorry employees justify being sorry  employees. The sorry ones always cry "poor me". As a manager and a so called friend you should have asked a few questions and guided them in the right direction.

Wow! Its about damn time someone is fighting back.  I didn't think that I would ever see this day. When someone put MV/Westcat on the spot. I have a few friends working for that company and I have heard nothing but bad things, so some of it must be true. Now if it was just one person talking about it then you would over look it but when you hear things from several people then they all can't be wrong. I was reading the rebuttal when the person said that she has been nothing but kind to her employees you must just mean you. You seem like your the answer kisser of the company. Which I am sure you are. The problem with this story is that not once did anyone mention if there was ever a meeting about the incident. Manager's have a duty to their employees to ensure everyone safety and it doesn't look like that happen. Family should never be allowed to work together it causes to many problems. As you can see. As manager's we have a duty to all our employees. And i dont think or believe that person would have taken it this far if something didn't happen. I think that other people should mind their bussiness. Because  if you dont know what happen then who are u to make a comment about anything. And since you were not there and I was not there then you really can't make a comment about it. The story should have been check out and both parties that were involved should have been in a meeting to get it strighten out. and not once did the person mention it. So there for I can only assume no meeting ever took place. But I have heard a lot about westcat in there managers in it just seems to me, that this incident was not handle correctly because if it was then this person wouldn't be putting them on the spot. I would love to know the outcome of this one. To see how far this will go. I think that a lot of things we do as manager's could have been handle a lot better. We get paid to do a job and to check any and all allegations that come across out desk. And when we stop doing that then we stop being managers. These managers need to get their shit together because if they dont they are going to keep having these stupid lawsuits. I also had a friend who worked  in the dispatch office until they ran her off but she seems to be very happy were she is working now. And she is just one of many who seems to hate working for that manager as well. So to me everyone can't be making this shit up they had to get it from somewhere. The individual filing this report is not and never has been an employee of the Western Contra Costa Transit Authority (WestCAT) but rather, they are employed by a private transportation contractor under contract with WestCAT to operate its public transit services.  This is a common practice amongst public transportation providers.  In addition, none of the "management" staff mentioned in the original report are employees of the Western Contra Costa Transit Authority (WestCAT) either, but are employees of its contractor.  The contractor and the authority conduct their business within the same facility in Pinole, but are two separate entities.

The Western Contra Costa County Transit (WestCAT) was established in August 1977 as a Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement between the County of Contra Costa and the cities of Hercules and Pinole, California.  The authority was created with the purpose of owning, operating and administering a public transportation system serving the area between the Richmond/El Sobrante border to the west and the Al Zampa Memorial Bridge to the east.  WestCAT is governed by a 7-member Board of Directors and supported by professional staff consisting of a General Manager, Transportation Planner/Grants & Procurements Manager, Bookkeeper, Administrative Assistant/DBE Liaison Officer, Marketing Manager/Administrative Services Manager, Maintenance Manager, and finally a Human Resource Manager. 

All drivers, dispatchers, mechanics, and other support staff are employees of the authority's contractor. There are no open employee claims/issues filed against WestCAT management staff on behalf of current WestCAT employees.  WestCAT is neither denying nor confirming the allegations made in this report by an employee of its contractor, but instead clarifying the nature of the relationship between itself and the contractor.
