western law frim continental finance / western says is rep for them i called them and was told i was going to court from 2007 if i did not pay 951.00 or jail called at work nationwide

i was called at work on 10/17/2013  told my co workers  hew had papers to sev me and i need to call 18559267080 or he would sev papers on me he called back to back and over and over when i called back i was

told that  i was going to court if i did not pay 951.00  now   and my pay check would bre takeen away and  i was

all so could get jail time  for frand  that was on file with the court  this is all from geting a card in 2007 when continental finance said 300.00  but i only got 50.00  i could not  get it paid off so now michael adams is calling

my work i did talk with a mr taylor who said  icould pay 50.00  on a 2week  ever time i got paid i said ok then i got the papers on email that i ask for and it was 100.00  in jan th mar of 2014 and i got no papers work when he said we caaled the court and told them to forget the frand but he could not give the paper work on that so i called back and was mr taylor i could not do a 100.00 on 2week ever tim,e i got paid and that i had been to the court house  in spartanburg sc no papers  was on me at all he said can u do 50.00 2weeks 100.00 a month i said

i am not going to say yes untel i see all the paper work  he said i will take this as your giveing your right to sove this own your owen  we will go to court
