Westgate resorts ripped off from hard earned money Gatlinburg Tennessee

    Oh where would you start? First go on a vacation and celebrate 25 wedding anversary have good time. until you go get gas and then it starts. Just go and you will recieve tickets to shows at a discounted price and get $100.00 for just listening to them while they feed you. That should have been the red flag feed you a line of bull!! Frist tell them you just want your $100.00 anf they will leave you alone. No they don't they push till you are there for hours like from 9:00 am till 2:30pm. Then your wife (who is mad at this time says lets go) and you tell them 4 times no and they still insist on keeping you there. Can't get back your debit or credit card form them to bill your card for the tickets 9 That are surpose to be discounted and get that wrong too)  till you say yes and try to get out of there. And as you guess 25 th anversary down the tubes, not the right tickets and can't get the one you want and told them already have one ticket to riply's believe it or not had to charge me for two.

    But to say rip off yes went back the next morning to tell them I DON'T WANT IT ANYMORE. Read the contract and said to take this back to the seller  within 10 days or write a letter to the CORP. office to cancel. And the Manager of closing wrote it all out on cancelation paper with 2 sales guys in her office and never filed it. I guess they thought i would be impressed with the young lady and just forget all about it like the 2 sales guys where doing in her office. Well that didn't happen i have been married 25 years to same lady I think I would like another 25..

   Now that I called them to find out why the took out money in my account, They tell me they can't access my account, But we can offer you another offer so we can keep your money. And it will just be moved over so we don't have to give your money back. I said I just want My money back and they said they can't do that it was to late they needed a written letter from me. And i told them i did the paperwork in Gatlinburg and because the lady did not turn it in it is too bad for me. I ask for someone else and new phone no. and they can't access my account only give me excuses of why they can't ask for another phone no. and was given and they too can't excess my account.  Wow three that can't do it then Who can, we don't have a phone no for that. Wow such a good resort 5 star and they don't have the phone no. come on people this is 2013 not 1813...

   All I wanted is my $ 635.00 back and $19.50 service charge for bouncing my account and then I could recover the damage this has done, to Myself and  Wife for messing up 25 th wedding anaverssary. To my wife I AM VERY SORRY AND HOPE YOU FORGIVE ME.
