This company employes a bunch of rude, lying, individuals who do not have a clue . Takes forever to talk to anyone because while being on hold up to 30 minutes, they will disconnect you! Ask to speak to a supervisor and you just get voice mail. Been trying to complete a payment for 2 days now. Your lucky if you get to speak to any one you can understand! All of the complaints I have read are absolutely true.

Talk to 10 people and get 10 different answers with 10 different amounts due and 10 different "fee " amounts. After yesterday's and today's experience, I do believe they are scamming people. I have never dealt with another company quite like this one. Too many complaints to list here. Tomorrow will start to look for another lending company because this one needs to be shut down! Also will contact BBB and any others I can find to let all know not to go with these idiot's!

Sorry to burst your bubble but I am not now, nor have I ever been an employee of this company.  Unfortunatly when someone stoops to the "you must be an employee" it is for one reason.  They have nothing to defend themselves or what they wrote and instead of admitting they may be wrong they go for the "you must be an employee".  Where if you look on this site you will realize that just makes you look really..really stupid.

By the way, why didn't you answer any of the questions?

I believe that all these rebuttals scolding customers of  Westlake financial are one in the same person. The employee just uses a different name with each complaint. No one in their right mind would even care about these complaints let alone reply to them.

Why exactly are you trying to contact them?  What exactly are you asking them when you get 10 different people and get 10 different answers?  Why won't they accept your payment?

It obviously can't be what your payment amount is because your payment does not change if you are making your payments on-time and for the full amount.  Not only that but like other finance companies they have an on-line system where you can make your payments and don't need to talk to anyone.

As for looking for another lending company.  They are a sub-prime lender, meaning that you have screwed up your credit to the point where they were probably the only one left who would take the risk on approving you for a loan.
