I called the first day I placed my order since I did not receive a confirmation email and got no response.I was charged for 2 day shipping but they sent it to a PO BOX.It took ten days to get here. That was ok except when I asked the rep if i was going to get the regular shipping rate she said that I was still getting charged for 2 day.They can not do two day to a po box.I asked again what are my shipping charges.She just repeated that they could not ship two day to a po box. She would never give an amount.
 I asked to be emailed a invoice an tracking info.All I herd was silence. She did give a tracking number and was rude when I asked where to put the tracking number.She responded in a tone as if I was dumb.
I go get my package and call back less than two hours later.The invoice had every item marked as if they checked to make sure it was there. I asked about the two missing items. [continued below]....
..... She said it was the free gift and they were not in stock.
 "I'm looking at you site and you have 88 of them it it was over that when I ordered last week. Could it be they were just left out of the box?" i asked. She began to state they don;t have to send them and its while supplies last and they are not gonna pay to send a free gift.

I told her that there was no reason to be rude and that I ordered over a $100.00 in stuff for a friend, the gifts were for me and I know they are not out of stock,why not just send substitutes. Again she says cause the web sites states that the items are available while supplies last.Of course i said you do have the supply.So this went on for about 2 more min. I asked to speak to a supervisor and told her I didn't know why twice today she felt to be rude,She said she just got to work and it was not her,but this girl has a distinctive voice no one would mistaken, Then she got loud and said "I am the supervisor" and hung up on me.

This is know way to treat a first time customer.The need to own up to the fact that either they left out the gift or had no intention on sending.They could even offer to add it with your next order. I would have spent more money with them. But beware they don't answer emails and that chic on the phone must have got one of the toys stuck you know Where!

Customer filed a complaint with BBB. All actions were taken to satisfy customer yet the customer remains unsatisfied. The customer was issued a shipping credit and resent additional free gifts that are now in stock. Too bad customers are willing to risk our outstanding Customer Service record when they have been compensated for their complaints.
