WFS financial ripoff victimized many consumers consumer fraud ripoff santa ana California

i recently had a car accident on mother's day. we lost my vehicle as it was a total loss due to hitting a deer. unpreventable accident. so i was forced to buy a vehicle to drive myself to work after having a broken ankle. the company charges me 15.99% interest for the vehicle i now have. i tried to refinance after the car loan was paid in full and even these people refuse to refinance.

they'll make too much money and that's why. i never had a co-signer on my car but now all of a sudden i need one. therefore my husband signed. i will be paying close to $7,000.00 more than the value of the vehicle i now have. why wont anyone help me out of this mess? i have good credit and my own bank wont even refinance me because of the payoff offered by wfs financial. my only option is to run an ad in our paper to sell my vehicle now. and to hope i can find someone else to let me buy a new vehicle.

talk about kicking people when theyre low. i have two babies and a mortgage with an outstanding vehicle payment because of these people. what do i do? no one online or otherwise will even refinance me.
