They both have the same exact address:7565 Commercial Way, Unit E Henderson, NV 89011 On 06/17/15 I clicked on an offer on line for a teeth whitening package offer for only $1.03 and SH of $3.87, After I placed my order online I got a call from them to verify my info. I told them I am at work and please be brief. I verified that this will be a 1 time charge and nothing else will be charged to my account. They said yes. I then hung up. In the next couple of days I got at least 5 calls from other representatives of their company, I told them that I do not want to be bothered constantly for a under $5 purchase, I do not want their product which I did not receive yet and to remove me from their calling list. They said they would. Then I see on 06/18/2015 a charge for $3.87. Today 06/25/15 I see on my online banking that BellaAtHome has put a charge of $92.14 for their membership. So I googled them and their web page came up bellaathome.com/main/aboutUs. I called them and the person that answered said they will cancel my membership. I demanded a 100% refund she told me she can give me 35%. I said non acceptable I want a 100% refund. Then she offered 60% I said their product wasn't even worth 0.50 cents never mind almost $100.00. I received 2 pens with tooth past and 2 plastic trays with an other tooth past on 06/22/15. I only did 1 application and I didn't even feel my teeth clean. I told her you either give me 100% of my money back or I will report you to the consumer Brunei. She then agreed to refund me 100% when I returned the product to her. That does not include the SH of getting and sending back their garbage that they call a product. All this got me thinking so I googled Whitening coach the other product that charged $1.03 and SH $3.87 on 06/17/15. I googled them and then for the first time saw their policy for the product. I also saw that the return address was exactly the same as for BellaAtHome. this because a charge was not made yet he canceled immediately and said I need to return the product. He tried to offer me an other deal. I said I wanted nothing to do with their scams.
