*UPDATE Employee: Whitening Lightning
It has been 35 days. I never received my product. I have called these people 3 times and emailed several more. I got no apology, no answers, and not even a tracking number. They continue to blame their system and have nothing to remedy the situation. They basically just told me to screw off. I do not believe I they will ever fill my order and it is abundantly obvious that they just don’t care. It is appalling.

Our customers are our ultimate priority and I deeply apologize for any confusion you may have experienced. You should be able to login to your account and track your package. However, if it has been 35 days your order will likely need to be reshipped since delivery time is usually 7 days.
