WHITTEN & ASSOCIATES DAVID WHITTEN, BOBBIE BARBER, JEFF SMITH, RACHEL ? WHITTEN & ASSOCIATES CONSPIRING WITH MY UNION & IRS EMPLOYER TO HARM ME! FLORENCE Alabama

I am an IRS employee in Fresno, CA. I have been bullied and harrassed and retaliated by NTEU Union and Whitten and Associates. They hold my disability check and will not pay me at IRS attorneys request who is controlling everything. I am very sick now and have been financially ruined to the sum well over five hundred thousand. 

IRS is afraid of something i'm sure otherwise why would they spend taxpayer dollars to send helicopters after me? IRS and NTEU have abused the power they hold over employess as well. They waste taxpayer monies to take co-workers away from their jobs to go follow me at work to bully, intimidate and harass me. If thats not gross mismanagement at it best in covertly action then what is?

The employer is IRS; The union is NTEU; Central United Life is the Disability policy I pay for myself; Whitten & Associates is the broker which I have experience with this abuse in 2013. They piled up against me then too. At that time in 2013, EEO discovered wrong doing by my former manager and I had to make a statement in testimony against the former manager for wrong doing. She accessed the system at work using my password after she had called me at midnight to demand my password. Treasury Inspector General Office caught her red-handed. EEO has only played along in thier concern. 

Because they have not released my money, I will be living in the dark and with out water soon.  My medications are running out and I have High Blood pressure. Because of their constant bullying the Retinas in the back of my eye have torn and began to detach. I had to have 4 surgeries to repair the damage that can lead to complete blindness should I get Diabetes.
