I found this company online and was excited to explore the Indian Jewelry. I contacted them and the respond was within an hour. It took me about 6 weeks to finally decide on trying them out because I had gottem ripoff from a company in China few months ago. I told the individual what had happen to me and I was sceptical of dealing with international company. He assure me that they weer real and I felt more confortable because I had done business with Indian companies before.
Got my order together and made the payment through paypal of $257.00 US as sample order. A week later, no items they are no longer responding to my email. I use another email account to sent them a email asking about their jewelry, this is the email below:

I inspected your case to the greatest extent possible. We had received you payment of 258.12 USD on April 28th. Your shipment has been despatched on 4th May and was handedover to UPS. This point can be proved if you check with your tracking id in UPS.
Please check with your tracking id. **************9470.
Please note Elloise, that it takes us 2 working days to despatch an Order. In your case it took us 3 working days (Working days after your payment was rceived 29th April, 2nd May and 3rd May).
This DEALY also does not happen but since the Customer Care Representative (Namrata) who was dealing with had left job
suddenly without intimation hence this delay ocurred....do you think we should be called Cheats for this problem which was not even in our hands.......And one more think I will like to pont to you..people who have bad intentions will never
allow customers to pay via Paypal because PAYPAL DEALS WITH SUCH CASES VERY STRICTLY. Plesae ask paypal if we have any such track records.
Any ways.....alls well that ends well.............hope you will be happy after you receive your jewelry/
I have read your report in Rip Off...it takes a long time to build a Goodwill and we have worked very hard all tehese years.
