ORDERED 2 IPHONE LIFEPROOF CASES, RECEIVED DAMAGED CASES WITH BUBBLES AND SCRATCHES ALL OVER THE CLEAR SCREEN COVER. COMPANY WILL NOT RESPOND REGARDING A RETURN ADDRESS. TOTAL SCAM AND RIPOFF. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. I FOLLOWED THEIR PROTOCOL FOR RETURNS AND EMAILED FOR THE "SPECIAL" CODE NUMBER BUT HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM. THEY DO NOT PUT THEIR RETURN ADDRESS ON THE ENVELOPE THAT THE ITEM WAS SENT IN SO THE CUSTOMER IS TOTALLY HELPLESS UNLESS THEY RESPOND TO YOUR EMAIL WITH A RETURN ADDRESS TO SEND THE DAMAGED ITEMS BACK, WHICH THEY WILL NOT.
