I was contacted by Kunt Werpen about saving me money on credit card processing. I told him that I would not sign a contract or pay any fee's to switch and I would try Wholesale Merchant Processing and if I did not like it I would cancell. He told me that this company was a direct processor like to one I had. NOT. first lie. They would save me money. NOT second lie. He scratched thru all the fee's on the contract and said I could cancell anytime if I did not like the service. NOT third lie. Called to cancell and was told that if you cancell then all the fee's totaling $900 will be charged. The manager Lisa also told me they would send me to collection and I was not the only one. Turns out many disgruntled customers are being riped off by their company. Stay away. Bad business practices. TOTAL RIP-OFF.

Two weeks after cancelling my account WMP stole $1193 from my account. They claim I owe them for a pin pad I never received plus fees. My bank can not get the money back. I want to sue them for fraud and grand theft. I have contacted the state attorney general's office and waiting for a reply. If anyone has a similar complaint with WMP please call me at 407-739-7853. I am also looking for a attorney interested in a class action lawsuit against WMP. I am sure they are defrauding businesses across the country. I am in the process of making a website to make it easier for ripped off customers to contact me. Any help would be appreciated.
