OK 2 incidents bought my oldest son a atv from them in December when I went to pick it up I did not have receipt for deposit showing balance.  Guy told me what balance was, I thought it was 30.00 more then what I remembered, when I did get receipt it was.  Went back and he said he would have the office investigate, he later told me that the receipt I had was wrong and feed me a line.  I let it go chalked it up as my fault for not having receipt and not long after that he was gone from the company.  Thinking it was just a mistake, I went in a month ago to order my youngest a new atv.  I order the color I want and was thanked by them for coming in a month earlier to order so it would be easy to take care of me.  So last Friday I call to find out when it would be in and was put on hold, guy comes back kind of stuttering saying it should be in Tuesday.  Four hours later I get a cold saying hey, they went to fill your order and they don’t have the color you want and you have to choose between green or pink, I am like I ordered this a month ago and you just now placed the order, they claim they ordered it a month ago.  We all know that’s BS.  They eventually agree to drop the price and I accept the green and was told it would be here Monday or Tuesday.  So today I call and they put me on hold and say well the shipping company screwed up and it won’t be here until next Monday.  Meanwhile my son’s birthday is Saturday.  They girl even acted like I was wrong for being upset and kept blaming the warehouse and shipping company.  I told her that’s their problem I made an agreement with you not them, I cancelled the order and they seemed to be like so.  This place does not take care of business at all.
