I ordered 2 600 series sliding gate openers with solar pannel, batteries, remotes, and other accessories. I received them in about 8 days.  It was missing the second set of batteries for the second unit.  I emailed them that I was missing
the second batteries and battery box.  The response was "I don't understand."  What didn't they understand?  I was missing batteries and a battery box. It took 4 mores rounds of emails for them to finally understand and send me the
missing batteries and the box.   I recieved them,  they were smaller in size and performance from the shipment.  I emailed them and the responce again was I don't understand.

 explained that the set they sent was smaller in size and performance than the first set they sent.  They pointed out the specs and the picture.  The picture shows the larger batteries I received in the first shipment.  The specs described the smaller
batteries. Lets just say, the still didn't understand.  You do not send a lesser product and expect the customer to just take it.  I bought these from them because their eBay feedback was "good" at the time I was looking for this.  Now there are
ripoff reports, complants, bad feedback, all over the internet. Some of their customers explain that the product may work for maybe a couple of months.  When it fails, ( and it will fail,) they try to say there is no warrent.  They argue and fight untill you get your credit card to refunded the payment. 

PLEASE READ Dispute the transaction first.  Don't wait.  they will drag their feet until the eBay 45 day dispute time limit expires.  Paypal will tell you there is nothing you can do. 
Bank of America refunded my money. 
after weeks of emails and phone calls they said they would not longer deal with me. The contacted me the day my Credit card company took the money back. 

Bottom line.  you get what you pay for.  If the unit would have never failed, I would not be writing this.  Well, it did, and
they completely failed at customer service. 

I am going to finned a way to get all my money back.  I will never deal with them again.
